We are a family of four and it was great to have a spacious rooms to spend 2 nights. It is right on the beach and we enjoyed our time there so much. Ritta was so nice and flexible with our travel plan and always very responsive. Thank you so much!!

Marlen's apartment is clean, and it was just as shown in her photos. Nice view of the pool and very complete with both bed linen, towels and beach chairs! Communication was great I would choose it again

Carmen's apartment is the best choice in the area by far. You basically get double or triple the space for half the money and the plus is Carmen is the most responsive and accommodating host I ever had in this platform. The apartment is in pristine condition, beach is steps away, restaurants and everything including the Aventura mall are 5 min away. 24hr reception, valet parking, laundry room, parking space and more. I really can't recommend this option enough. Reviews don't lie. It's a solid 5 star. Thanks, Carmen!

I stayed two nights at this apartment. The location was excellent, very close to the beach. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was very responsive and provided all the necessary details, so I didn’t encounter any issues. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

Extremely satisfied beyond expectation split image of what the host had posted . Best investment I made in a trip includes having a kitchen, bedroom -2 queen side beds, walking distance to a private beach catering to the condos residence . In addition, they provided kitchen essentials, beach essentials which are umbrella , chairs and children essentials which include a playpen, car seat. Definitely renting again

I want to THANK YOU for the opportunity to stay in this unit! Such a pleasant experience starting with the warm, inviting staff at the reception desk. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe, security were present at all times, in the building and in the parking lot. Very comfortable, clean, updated. Everything that was needed and then some! WiFi very dependable, allowed me to "work from home" without concern. The desk is positioned by sliding glass door to the balcony. Nice l views of the intercoastal. Bed super comfy

We recently stayed at Vlad and Irina’s wonderful apartment in Sunny Isles Beach, and it was one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had! The apartment is in a perfect location — just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. We especially appreciated the convenient parking, located right near the entrance, which made getting around easy and comfortable. The apartment itself lived up to all our expectations: spacious, bright, and fully equipped with everything we needed — from kitchenware to appliances. Having a fully stocked kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable. We also want to highlight how clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged everything was — it’s clear that Vlad and Irina genuinely care about their guests. Everything was top-notch, from communication to the welcoming atmosphere in the home. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return again. Huge thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

This is our 2nd time staying at one of Edvard’s places in this building and we had a great time again. The host communicates extremely well and the apartment is very spacious, clean, well equipped with everything you need, has an incredible view of Aventura and Golden Beach, and is in a perfect, close location near the beach in Sunny Isles. We will definitely be back, thank you Edvard.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Carolina’s home was lovely. We had a great balcony to sit outside and relax. She replied quickly to messages and quickly sent a repair person when we had trouble with the freezer.

I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful home just steps from the beach. The location couldn’t be better—waking up and walking to the ocean in minutes was a dream. The home itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful place! Our family wanted someplace relaxing on a beach, and with a nice pool. This was PERFECT! Quieter beach, but still close enough to the boardwalk and busier area for people watching and dining. We rented a Jeep and traveled to Fort Lauderdale, as well as Miami. Super easy to get in and out! The condo was very clean and had very nice amenities. Upscale appliances, beach chairs, and of course—the best view!! Gorgeous!

Wow! What a fabulous apartment! We had the most amazing stay to celebrate my birthday! This apartment had everything we needed, a home from home! This was my second time staying in this apartment. and definitely not my last! it is an absolutely fantastic place - very clean, perfectly located, and offering a priceless view from the balcony. the host, Adlene, is super helpful and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience both times I stayed here. Everything about this apartment makes it feel like a home away from home. I would like to return, and without a doubt, this is the only apartment I'll be staying in wheneve I visit.

Staying at Adriana’s place in Aventura was a great experience from start to finish. The apartment is in an ideal spot—tucked in a quiet area but still super close to the beach and shops at Aventura Mall. It’s thoughtfully decorated, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Adriana’s hospitality—she checked in to make sure everything was going well and gave us awesome suggestions for things to do in the area. The space was spotless and incredibly comfortable. I’d definitely choose her place again on a future trip!
