This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Back In Time

This is a unique 200 ft small tiny house with a covered porch with 2 rocking chairs for enjoying the outdoors. It is decorated with family antiques even a 4 ft claw foot tub turned into a shower.... If you want the feel of a nice relaxing country atmosphere with woods and nature this is the place for you. We live on a dead end rd which is quite and very safe. Our 2 story house is next to the tiny house but you have your own space and yard. Your privacy is respected at all time.

Cozy King Street Suite Upstairs

Cozy suite with a queen bed and a private bath along with a private den with a futon, TV, and desk. The suite has a private entrance. The house is located very close to great nightlife in the Riverside historic area, but it is in the rear of the property and very peaceful. There are also several museums close by, and the stadium and concert venues are very close as well! There are great food options ranging from hole in the wall to some of the finest dining spots in the city.

The Funk House-A Retreat

The perfect place to call home, long term stays are welcome and all stay include unlimited YMCA access during your stay. Feel free to send an inquiry if you have any questions prior to requesting to book. The Retreat is separate from the main house (The Funk House) it is located in the back, on the top floor garage apartment. It has been completely renovated and furnished into a comfortable place to "Retreat". Looking forward to your stay!l
