House vacation rentals in Nassau County

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

Great place to stay with friendly neighbors. Quiet neighborhood and lots of nice places to visit. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous but I didn’t care for the openness of the master bathroom. No doors to the toilet area. The bathroom as a whole was really nice but when you’re sharing it with other people, there is no privacy. If I’m ever in the Jacksonville area, I would definitely stay here again!

The home was beautiful and spacious! There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The pool was comfortable and relaxing as well. I would highly recommend.

Wow!! What a great place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors! From the golf cart to the pools, beach and shops; fun was had by all. The island landscape was gorgeous and down town Fernandina was friendly and lively! We will be back!

Can’t say more amazing things about this place. Our family has come back for the second time and have already made plans to come back. It’s our slice of heaven. Quick drive to the beach and the food and coffee walking distance from the house is so so good! Go to community loaves for fresh sourdough. But honestly you could stay at the house and never leave. Between the perfect pool, playing pool outside, and watching my kids try and catch lizards - this place is so special to us! You won’t regret it!

Natalya’s property was very satisfying! We enjoyed the entire stay. It had everything we could possibly need, very well stocked. It was very pleasant, and gave a warming atmosphere. Everything was clean and well presented. The heated pool area was my favorite. It was a very relaxing experience! I will definitely book this property again! As always, great stay at Michael’s. Favorite house on the island, and years of memories here. It’s an incredible home with an artsy vibe, so comfy, and the pool/outdoor space are perfect for relaxing. Close to the grocery store, restaurants, and an awesome beach access. The neighborhood is great and really quiet, and we always look forward to our visit here. Thanks for being an awesome host, Michael. Love our time here.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Catherine's house. Check in and out was easy. The beds were comfortable. Great communication and Catherine is very pleasant and warm. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the sunrise as well as swinging on the front porch as the sun set. Plenty of room inside the house with all we needed to cook and relax between outings. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful 12 day stay! Felecia’s place was as described. The home had everything we needed. We made use of the charcoal grill several evenings in the beautiful veranda. We even made use of the fishing poles with success! Just what we were looking for. Quiet, private, comfy beds, beautiful property, and pet friendly. 5 stars to Felecia and the Oasis Retreat! :)

Kristie’s location was perfect! We needed something quick and budget friendly and we came across this cute little cozy home. Our first time staying in a tiny house and it was just enough for what we needed. It was very clean and inviting. Amenities that were listed were available. VERY PRIVATE! We didn’t mind the traffic sounds at night, it was quite peaceful! 10/10 RECOMMEND!💕

John’s place is so centrally located that it made getting around the island very easy. He is a great host because he is there if you need something and will offer some good suggestions of places to go or things to do, but not noticeably be around. In a small space their home offers so much. To be able to enjoy sitting outside on the patio gave it the extra space and it was so pleasant. I hope I have the good fortune to stay there again!

Great location, close to all the things we wanted to do (beach, arboretum), and quiet.

i was in the area for a family matter and needed somewhere to stay that was closeby and Joanna's place was the perfect location. There were a few blips but Joanna was extremely responsive and helpful. The small house was perfect for my husband and I. Very cozy and comfortable.

Host was very responsive and visit was very pleasant.

This is the best Airbnb experience my family and I have ever had. We plan to rebook next year! It was a last minute accommodation and everything went smoothly. It is literally a hidden gem. I didn't even know there was a pond until I tapped the listing. the beds and blankets were so comfortable. altogether we caught 15 fish! we had an amazing vacation. thank you so much!

Peaceful, spacious, beautiful views, and fantastic hosts! My friends and I stayed for 6 nights while completing work in the marsh and I’m so glad we found this place! The boat dock was very convenient, the house was extremely comfortable after a long day working in the sun, kitchen had everything we needed plus more, and the outdoor seating on the water provided a great space for taking in the sunset. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great price, Brandon was very responsive. And caught some nice red fish off the back deck!

We stayed with my family of 4 young kids. Love every minute of it. Fun to let the kids run to the beach at any point of the day. The book nook consumed most of our inside the house time. What a cozy little corner. Great memories of the six of us in one location sharing conversations and a watching movies together. We even had some intense Jenga matches that made my heart happy. Thanks for all the fun games that were included at the lighthouse. This place is a real gem and it won’t disappoint. Super comfy beds that allowed all of us the rest we needed during our retreat.

Came for a quick 16th birthday trip for my daughter. The pool and hot tub was perfect for a relaxing weekend. We enjoyed seafood at Cajun Crab and quick trip to the beach. We would stay again!
