This cute space is attached to our home yet has complete privacy. there is one bedroom with one queen size bed The living area has a dual reclining sofa and chair so comfy to watch tv or sit by the fireplace on chilly nights. The main living space also has a table and chairs to enjoy meals or use as workspace. kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker , coffee , microwave, toaster oven, and mini-fridge. There is a cooktop in the apartment. Great location only 6 blocks from the beach.1

Appliances include mini fridge/freezer, toaster oven, microwave, burner, coffee pot. Plenty of storage and a large closet. Only 4 miles from the stadium and downtown. 10 miles from Mayo Clinic and 13 to the beach. Centrally located - a great location for concerts, festivals and other events in the Jacksonville area!
