Our 2 story house is next to the tiny house but you have your own space and yard. Your privacy is respected at all time.

I would definitely stay here again. The townhouse was clean and accommodating. The decor was spot on 🤌🏼. It was very convenient as far as restaurants, shopping, and beach. Mark was super proactive, letting us know things before we arrived.

The exterior entrance features a welcoming front door with a simple porch light. Two symmetrical windows flank the door, and a wooden rocking chair is placed on the porch, inviting relaxation. A well-maintained path leads to the entryway, complemented by landscaping elements.

Wepicked Brittanys place vs two rooms in a hotel. were from nc and always cut out trip to out beach destination on the Gulf coast sort. Brittany's home was percent for spending the night Comfortable beds and pillows and all you could need for a shower. Had we stayed a few days we would habe been happy. The home was stocked with anything you could need. the ac was wonderful. we would definitely stay again.

I can’t say enough good things about this experience! Adorable spot right on the river, got to watch the sun come up over the water with our coffee every morning. There were kayaks available to rent which we took out multiple times, just exploring and also for fishing, had a blast! Very peaceful but right outside of the city, extremely convenient to our concert and our dinner reservations. The hosts are both extremely friendly and communicative, flexible, plenty of information, very quick responses. Always helpful. The bed was comfy, the air conditioning was as cold as you could want it to be. Everything was very clean. I’m sure I am forgetting something; everything about this was a treat, and we would definitely come back!

Very nice location. Easy access to all major highways leading to the bases (Mayport/NAS Jax), beach, shopping and downtown. Well worth the price for more space than a hotel in that same area. Very clean and quiet neighborhood with great walking/running paths. Highly recommended.

It was absolutely beautiful! Me and my boyfriend enjoyed ourselves and will surely be back! I loved the way it felt walking inside, just like a home should feel, Lots of things to do inside, she has games for you to play and books to read . Everything was reasonable distance.
