Guesthouse vacation rentals in Nassau County

requested early check in and was given an earlier time(fantastic).I was meet within 5 minutes of arrival by the host to give me access to an ethernet connection. next day asked for linens and was brought them same night 10 minutes or so (fairly late also) awesome location anywhere you can think of within 15 minutes your there. pool, lawn, house well maintained. Gregory went beyond my expectations with his personality, hosting, personal accommodations.. had a great time.

I had a great stay at Mateus’s place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was smooth, and Mateus was responsive and helpful throughout my stay.I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

This place is wonderful. The beach access is just steps away, which makes your beach trips easy, and not hunting for parking. The place itself is amazing, super clean, and private. Highly recommended.

The guesthouse is a great home away from home & Chris goes above & beyond to make sure our stay is comfortable & enjoyable. We had a very lovely stay! The place was super clean, cozy and looked like the photos. The property is very beautiful! The bed was comfortable, everything was spotless, and we noticed and appreciated all the little touches throughout. Check in was easy, and the host was super friendly and quick to respond. We had only one night, so we did not get a chance to explore but the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's place. From the beginning she was quick with her responses. The actual location of the property was a bit difficult to navigate but only because we came in so late at night. The instructions were right on point and getting inside was easy with the keyless entry. We had everything we needed while there. The pool and foosball table were perfect for the boys. They had a blast the entire weekend. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in Jacksonville.

Gayle was a perfect hostess! Her place was perfect for our stay on Amelia Island and I would definitely go back. It was private, quiet, and oh so clean. She thought of everything and the little extras really made the difference. This place was awesome and really exceeded my expectations!

Amy and her husband have a very nice place offered in the JAX area. We enjoyed the close proximity to downtown / waterfront area and other attractions as well as still be a quiet and private place to "come home to" at the end of the day. The AirBnB itself is VERY nice and more than comfortable for a short or longer term stay. This is a unique "barn" home that is very well appointed inside and grounds and gardens around the property are beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked with most items you need for cooking and all rooms / areas are pristine / clean condition. If you are in the JAX location, check this offering up, we were very pleased with our stay and will utilize the home again in the future when we return to the area. Thanks Amy for a great stay! I stayed here for some quiet time at the end of a long trip, and it was perfect. Peaceful, well-stocked, and in an amazing location — close couple minutes walk to the restaurants, shops, as well as nearby beautiful walks near the river. Steve and his daughter were incredibly kind and responsive. Don’t hesitate to book if you’re thinking about it!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. If you're looking for a place close to UF Health, this is a great option. Just be cautious when driving through the back lot — we believe that's where we picked up two nails in our tires. Aside from that, it was a great place to stay while working at UF Health on 8th Avenue. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room were all clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony, even though it was quite hot during our stay.

A really well appointed and nicely furnished cabin. Perfect size for a couple. Quiet and tucked away & surrounded by trees. The bikes a nice touch and a safe 14 minute ride to a nice beach. Fairly quiet neighbourhood but a few restaurants nearby and supermarket. Really good stay, wish it was longer.

This guest cottage was adorable and a short distance to all the fun on Amelia Island. Every room was clean and despite being behind the main house felt very private. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Isi and Jen.
