A peaceful, spacious apartment on second floor of this beautiful old Victorian Sea Captains house in Falmouth. Sunny south facing rooms. Well equipped, self catering apartment, with everything you need for a relaxing break on the outskirts of Falmouth. A stones throw from the Fal Estuary and a 10 minute walk into the bustling and vibrant town centre, 15 mins to the train station and regular bus routes pass the door. Numerous eateries and pubs and shops are only a short walk from Herons Rest.

Set in the heart of Falmouth, 'the inlet' is a spacious self-catering apartment for 2 persons on the ground floor of my Victorian town house, offering harbour views over the historic sailing port of Falmouth. With its location & views it makes a great escape and is equipped for guests seeking a stylish getaway. Free on-road parking which isn't guarranteed directly outside the premises. As a listed property it’s quirks make it unable to store bikes/wheelchairs owing to fire regulation access.

First floor, two-bedroom apartment with a delightful view across Falmouth Harbour and the Carrick Roads. Accommodation comprises a comfortable lounge with views with bay window, well equipped kitchen, shower room and two bedrooms; one is a double bedroom, king sized bed with great harbour views, and the second if set up with two single beds. Perfect for a quiet stay. The lounge has all the comforts of home, with stunning views and large internet TV. There is a dining table to seat four.

Situated in a fabulous central level location and on the route of the south west coast path you will be ensured a comfortable stay in the Lower Deck; a large self-contained basement apartment within a historical Grade II listed property. The Maritime Museum and the bustling town with its numerous shops bars and restaurants and many festivals are a 5 minute walk away. The beaches are a mere 10 minutes in the other direction. The Summer House, ( Cosy wooden cabin / private)

Our beautiful wooden cabin, is tucked away, with creek & countryside views, but still within the village. The cabin, boasts a fabulous private garden, with BBQ for both morning and evening sun. The living room includes futon company sofa bed, table, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave ,toaster). A separate shower room, bedroom (king size beds). The private garden, offers patio furniture, BBQ, and access to shared children's swings. ( our children still like to use them!)

Unique apartment 5 minutes from town and beach

Melwyn at the rear of 8 Avenue Road is a newly built first floor apartment providing all the essentials as well as some little luxuries for a relaxing break by the sea. Located just a five minute walk away from Gyllyngvase beach in one direction and Falmouth Marina and town in the other it is perfectly located for enjoying and exploring the local area without any need to get in the car. The local train station is a two minute walk away and provides a service to Truro and beyond.

The Taphouse, peaceful barn annexe on family farm

A peaceful annexe in a traditional barn conversion on our farm. Private patio area and secure bike or Kayak storage. The village and surrounding area has an abundance of quality pubs and restaurants serving local produce. Stithians village has a shop, a pub, and is ideally situated for touring Cornwall and National Trust sites. The North and South coast are close by and there are many ideal walks and cycle routes. There is also sailing and water sports on Stithians Reservoir.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Great location, 5 minute walk to Castle Beach where you will find a small take away cafe with outdoor seating. In the opposite direction just a 10 minute walk you will find The Blue Flag Gyllyngvase Beach and popular beach cafe with indoor/outdoor seating, a bakery, takeaway cafe and paddle board hire. The annexe is also situated a 10 minute walk from the popular end of Falmouth town centre and Events Square, where there are many places to eat/drink.

Modern shower room with large double shower. This property is very light, and roomy. Nearby walks around the Countryside and its just a 5 minute drive into the town of Falmouth where we have fantastic beaches, shops, restaurants and all year events. Not suitable for children/infants

This unique recently converted grade II listed grain store is in the picturesque village of Flushing 5 minutes drive from the beach. Originally an out building for the original farmhouse this beautifully renovated space now provides a perfect romantic couples getaway from which to explore Cornwall. A cute outside area provides the perfect space for a sun downer after a day on the beach or exploring the picturesque surrounding area.

Our Courtyard Apartment is a comfortable, quiet, first floor flat with garden & country views. Light and spacious, situated in the country near Mylor, it is perfect for exploring Cornwall. We are walking distance from Mylor Bridge & Pandora Inn, close to Mylor Sailing Club, within 10 mins from the University Campus at Penryn and 15 mins from Falmouth. We don't accept pets in this apartment but we do in our other accommodation.
