It takes about 5-10 minutes by car to get to the lakes. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers. Please be sure to arrive by car.

FYI: we have a couple of chickens in the garden - morning ¨cock-a-doodle-do¨ included!!

Small 25sqm studio garden house in a green environment. It has an own entrance and has a private terrace. Very quiet and safe location close to Nymphenburg palace and canal. Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.

The location is situated in a very calm area with plein nature around, but as well shortly connected with munich Airport (15 min), the town Erding and the biggest hot springs Resort "Therme Erding" (4 km) and also to all major Highways leading to Munich (40 min) or the Alpes (90 min).
