Welcome to the alpine chalet – your feel-good oasis in the mountains. Your holiday starts directly upon entrance to the chalet. Parking is right at the chalet. The garden invites you to relax with a Weber gas grill, a wood-fired jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a cozy living area with fireplace. The chalet has been renovated with a lot of love for detail and combines Alpine construction with the latest technology.

Alpenchalet Kogel

The Alpenchalet Kogel is located on the outskirts of Bad Tölz high above the old town with a fantastic view of the city and the Karwendel Mountains. It is luxuriously equipped with an old wooden roof chair, designer kitchen made of black steel, garden sauna, two secluded terraces, fireplace and a mixture of high-quality designer furniture and antiques. For children there is a cable car, a trampoline, slide, sandbox, tree house and soccer field as well as in-house Cameroon sheep in summer.

The 95 m² house offers space for 6 adults. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a library and a TV as well as a shower with toilet. Outside there is a terrace with barbecue and a fenced garden. There is a storage room with washing machine and a shed for SUP boards and bicycles. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with four beds and one with two single beds. WLAN, heating and parking are free of charge.
