Chalet vacation rentals in Munich

A wonderful home close to many spectacular sites. Well appointed house, decorated with great taste. The kitchen has everything a food fan might need to prepare some memorable family meals.

We had very nice days in Heimkreit! The location and views are amazing. The apartment is exceptionally clean and the beds very comfortable. Unfortunately, we did not know that the apartment is built like a loft and there are no doors/walls, only to the toilet (bathroom is also open). As a result, you may be a little limited in the evening with children. In addition, you cannot completely darken all windows, but since there are no windows in the upper sleeping area, it will be dark there. The balcony is very nice to sit on, we spent our evenings there. You can hear the crickets and cowbells and almost nothing else. Very idyllic! Everything necessary is available in the kitchen, coffee capsules can also be reordered. The pool is also great, unfortunately the weather was not so warm during our stay that we used it a lot. But everything is very clean here too! Barbara, Tobi and Christine were always approachable and very kind and accommodating.

Rooms are clean and very spacious. Very comfortable and large beds. Islam is a very kind and helpful person. :)

A very cosy place on two levels with lovely views and very well equipped with everything you might need during an apartment stay. I felt very much at home. The very friendly owners live in the same property so communication is easy. The place is a great starting point for lots of beautiful walks around the Schliersee area and beyond.

All was lovely, as others have described. Toddler had a great time, us too. We hope to be back next year. Some tips: * pool is nice but not heated (probably obvious, but decided to note) * the indoor fireplace is not available year round, it is mostly decorative and meant for the cold season * expect ticks if you venture outdoors - it is Bavaria. Look up how to deal with this and learn safety precautions in advance. Owners could consider supplying visual guide for how to inspect yourself and your kids, maybe even provide an extractor kit. We found a sucker on our toddler a day after arriving home, this was quite stressful, and all due to our lack of experience as not-so-outdoorsy city folks. Be better than us!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the cabin in the woods! Everything was really great and even better than we imagined. The location in the middle of the forest is simply fantastic - you have your absolute tranquility and are completely surrounded by nature. That was exactly what we were looking for! The cabin itself was much larger and better equipped than expected. It had everything you needed and more. We particularly liked the loving details and the cozy furnishings. You can tell the host went the extra mile. The communication with the host was also perfect. She was super friendly, responded quickly to our messages and gave us helpful tips for the area. All in all, it was a wonderful and relaxing time we were allowed to spend in the cabin. Thank you for this memorable stay - we will definitely be back!

Very nice short stay with our two dogs. The chalet is very comfortable and quiet. Rarely have we seen such a beautiful starry sky. If you are traveling with dogs, you should know that the property is not fenced. However, it also doesn't bother you because you can leave for a hike right at your doorstep. The woodburner is great and adds to the atmosphere.

A really special place! Somewhat secluded, surrounded by nature, with a beautiful garden and a fantastic plateau below – perfect for a small yoga session or simply to breathe and enjoy. The house itself is not only tastefully furnished, but also incredibly well equipped – especially the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Everything was sparkling clean, thoughtful and prepared with a lot of love. An all-around wonderful thing – we'd love to come back!

Our New Year's Eve trip to the beautiful villa on Lake Ammersee was an absolute highlight! The spacious accommodation with three spacious bedrooms and individual bathrooms offered us the perfect setting for a comfortable group stay. The luxurious equipment with sauna and hot tub was then the absolute bonus. The spacious living and dining area invited you to celebrate and relax together. Particularly impressive were the high-quality details and the thoughtful amenities, which left nothing to be desired and influenced us sustainably during our own construction projects:D An unforgettable turn of the year in a fantastic location - thank you for this special experience!

We (2 adults, 2 children) stayed in Kreuth for 12 days and felt very comfortable. The house is very tasteful and cozy. There are, in and at the house, many nice places to linger. Especially the terrace and the balcony with the wonderful view of the mountain delighted us every day.

We spent a wonderful weekend here at Walchsee with 9 girls and a baby. The place was a dream, centrally and quietly located, within walking distance of the lake. The rooms are bright and modernly furnished (as shown in the pictures) and there was nothing missing in the spacious clean kitchen. Check-in and check-out was contactless, straightforward, and super explained. Unfortunately, due to the rainy and cold weather, we could not use the spacious garden and the terraces/ balconies, but these were also very welcoming and cozy. We'd love to come back, thank you for everything.

We had a "bucket list" family trip to Bavaria at Helena's chalet. The chalet was even better than the photos, with unexpected extras. It was very clean and comfortable. The town was picturesque and walkable, we had a fun time skiing. Helena went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend!
