A really nice house with a great apartment, very nice breakfast room, wonderful breakfast, beautiful terrace/garden with everything you need as a bikers and hikers. Great location of the house to Reutte, highly recommended.

Delighted and we will stay there again with our eyes closed! Of the 4 different apartments we stayed in in Europe during this trip... this was a prize as it surprised us in every way... comfortable, clean, spacious, well decorated, everything worked wonderfully, even the coffee he left us was delicious. They also change the towels and clean... the host was also very dynamic and was attentive and accessible the whole time. Super close to the train station... and in a nice and clear area... not like it usually is near the central stations!

The entire Rosenhof team was very professional - nevertheless, we were warmly welcomed on arrival and provided with coffee & cookies. There were already tips for exploring the area (with toddler), and dining options nearby. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight - in a successful panoramic view you could already eat your fill in the morning with everything you wanted. It really had everything. And if something ran out around 9:30 AM, the good breakfast fairy Renate also cooked another 2 eggs extra. But there were many highlights. -The tranquility. -The environment. - A fully equipped playroom for the toddler (1 year old). -A covered pool in the garden with adjoining playground and swings. - And much more that we could not explore in 3 days without neglecting the surroundings. It was planned as a stopover and became the highlight of the vacation. I appreciate it. Thanks!

Super great location with a view of the lake (and also to the Dukestand). Also super connected by bus (stops almost right in front of the property and goes to Kochel Bahnhof and e.g. to the Herzogstand train - extra plus that you can use it with the guest card of the hotel for free). Accommodation is well furnished and clean, we were able to get a missing dish towel on request. Staff of the hotel nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend it!

I was completely satisfied. The wellness area was great!! A large pool where you can really swim - perfect ;-) the service was also very good. Before I arrived, I got a tip on where to park best. There was always someone around with questions. Anyone who works there are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had enough space. The breakfast buffet was nicely designed. The location is perfect, very central yet quiet. I'd love to come back.

everything was amazing, breakfast, sauna, rooftop pool, spa area, room, shower, really everything. The most impressive part was the hotel staffs from reception and restaurant. They were not only friendly and kind, but also very professionally managing the guests. Spacious room, beautiful surroundings, easy access to town, and pet friendly.

We were 2 adults and 1 baby for 4 nights. On request we got a high chair. We really liked the place, as in the description, you feel like you're at home. Lake Schliersee is within walking distance. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. The hotel staff was very friendly, eager and accommodating. In the wellness area you could relax excellently, there is a hot tub, swimming pool with pleasant temperature, a relaxation room, sauna and steam room, everything you need. Towels, bathrobe and slippers will also be provided. We had a nice stay and can only recommend the place 👍🏼

The living experience is amazing, the shared kitchen is convenient, there are good friends toys, my son gave 10,000 reviews, our family had a perfect vacation, we will come again next time

Clean and nice and friendly

The property is 6km from Landshut center but is well connected. You can also go to the train station and from there take a train (Munich. Regensburg, Passau) There are several Asian restaurants/ takeaways as well as several supermarkets within walking distance. A swimming pool with sauna area is also within walking distance. The place is actually a hotel. Breakfast is unbeatable - cheap and lavish. The preparation team is super nice. We will be happy to come back!

Since we only stayed one night, it was completely sufficient. The room was not huge but totally fine for one night. The beds are a bit hard but ok. Breakfast was great, tasty and good selection. We got a crib brought to the room with fresh linens, squeaks and laundry for our child - great service!

It was great would book there again.

Airport shuttle and breakfast was a reasonable price considering the room rate. Would go again, and highly recommend especially for layovers since its so close to airport.
