Die Wohnung ist klimaneutral und wurde mit viel Liebe und qualitativ hochwertigen Möbeln im ländlichen Stil eingerichtet und befindet sich auf einem Bauernhof. Der Whirlpool mit Bergblick, sowie die Sonnenterrasse laden zum Entspannen ein. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar, gemeinschaftlich mit unseren zweiten Ferienwohnung.

Our apartment is conveniently located in southern Upper Bavaria in the district of Miesbach on an organic farm. The region has a lot to offer: mountains and numerous lakes, wonderful nature, but also architecturally interesting cities and buildings. All this is waiting for your outdoor adventures, discoveries and sightseeing. Free Wi-Fi is available, as is parking. A special highlight of the apartment is the sauna and hot tub in the garden. Our Shetland ponies also appreciate a visit.

To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Large, fully equipped dream house with 8 rooms in a safe and quiet villa area near Munich. The main train station, Oktoberfest, and downtown Munich are 15 minutes away. The garden is very large and fully equipped with a barbecue, lounge furniture and a whirlpool. Sauna. Supermarket, bakery, S-Bahn (suburban train), playgrounds, and the city park are all within a 5-minute walk. Lake Starnberg is 15 minutes away – sauna and hot tub available for a nominal fee (electricity costs).

It is conveniently located between Rosenheim and Kufstein and can be reached via the highway. Munich and Salzburg can be reached in about 1 hour.

We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
