Vacation rentals with a home theater in Munich

We stayed there for 2 nights with a toddler and it was great. Super nice apartment, everything very new, plenty of space to play and everything was really thought of: highchair, protection against falling out of bed, dishes and toys for the child…. And we adults also enjoyed the beautiful amenities and the "cinema option" (projector + screen) in the evening. Everything is really wonderful. Communication with Alina and Carola was also super pleasant and straightforward. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back!

The entrance requires you to pick up the keys in a place quite far away; going back and forth is not 12 minutes as they indicate; it takes about 1 hour, leaving aside the associated cost of an uber or taxi. It's a real hassle to pick up the keys so far away, they should consider a more friendly method.

We were very comfortable as a small family! Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Apartment is well-equipped and also suitable for babies (baby bed, changing area, etc.). Endless excursion options.

We felt right at home. The apartment is fantastic, spacious, flooded with light and with a very peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. We felt really comfortable, also thanks to the superbly equipped kitchen with the Belleza portafilter machine. From check-in to check-out, everything worked out fine. Very friendly host who is easy to reach if you have any questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the accommodation, especially because of the good location.

Very friendly contact. The house is cosy, clean and well equipped. Great area for hiking and outdoor activities.

Felt right at home. Peaceful neighborhood within 10 minute walk to station. House was excellent for visitors coming from different locations. Host was very helpful and communication was great. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

Michael and Lena were very nice hosts with a great house in a great location. Everything was as in the photos, we felt right at home there. The cats were great, very affectionate and sweet, we missed them after the vacation! You can do a lot in the area: cycling, hiking, swimming, SUP,UP,...We would definitely come back.

We booked the place pretty late and last-minute, but the host replied super quickly and was really kind and helpful with everything. Very patient and made sure we had what we needed. The room was cozy and comfortable — we had a great stay!

If ur priority is just proximity to trade fair or international congress center, then this is best place to stay. extremely well connected with local public transport.

Great hosts! We arrived to get the keys and were treated to beer and food in the refrigerator. The space was great for our purpose with easy access to buses and trains to Octoberfest and Bayern Munich. The space was as promised and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a base for exploring the area!!!
