This place was perfect for a weekend in Fayetteville! The apartment was not even 5 minutes walking distance from dickson st., the perfect location! This will be my new go to place when I come to Fayetteville!

Natalie was a wonderful host! Her place is darling and she had wonderful amenities. It is a great location too! Highly recommend!

Love the place and it was really peaceful. Will definitely staying there our next trip to the ozarks.

Nice stay Huge fenced back yard and nice clean place

Have stayed at a number of airbnbs in the area and this was hands down one of our favorites. The location was unbeatable as our car spent most of the time in its parking spot. It was very spacious, clean and well stocked with the basics. If you’re going to spend most of your time in or around the university/Dickson I would highly suggest booking this property.

Beautiful and secluded private apartment unit at the back of the main house. Is just so incredibly peaceful there. The rooms were good sized and there was plenty to read, play, and watch from within the space. It would be good to get an updated picture of the kitchenette to include the microwave. We got in kind of late and weren't sure if we could heat up food based on the photos at the time of booking.

The Perch was an amazing place and the location was great. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.

Me and my family had an amazing trip , and i would definitely stay again!! So clean and bug and beautiful place to stay. Host is always quick and responsive, definitely my favorite place Ive visited so far and the pool was amazing my family also enjoyed the tv/game room. 😊

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The neighborhood is older homes, but very clean and well kept. The next door neighbors were pleasant and friendly. We very much loved the highly secured backyard where our grandchildren could play. Our group of six adults and four children was very well accommodated in this home. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in the Fort Smith, Arkansas area. A great big Texas style “yeehaw” to Perry and team for a job well done! Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this home.

We had a great stay during our visit! James was very communicative and made the check-in process very easy. The place was nice and clean in a good location with plenty of restaurant options. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!

The pictures don’t do it justice! We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was extremely roomie, clean and smelt amazing. The kids also loved the pool. Overall best place in Fort Smith to stay!

All the comforts of home, nice quiet neighborhood. We loved having our coffee on the front porch in the rocking chairs, watching squirrels & listening to the birds. Backyard patio was perfect while we grilled out. We would definitely stay here again, if we are in the area.

It was clean and well organized! Thankful for a place like this to stay for a few evenings while passing through.

Absolutely loved this place. Close to everything and very clean. Very quiet at night and comfortable beds. The condo is on a dead end street, which makes little to no traffic. The only slight negative thing I could possibly say, would be the train that runs close by. It didn’t bother me after I got use to the sound. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We enjoyed the location and the convenience to campus. The home is decorated nicely and was very clean. The beds are super comfortable with memory foam mattresses and nice linens. The only category I didn’t give was the price. But all rentals are over priced in Fayetteville especially for graduation weekends. I would stay here again!

Tamara was responsive and kind. There was a lovely basket of goodies waiting for us as well as a personal note. The condo was exactly as listed and worked perfect for our group. Everything was clean and comfortable. Walkable to sporting events at the University of Arkansas. We walked to the football stadium for the game and would be excellent accommodations for anyone attending other sporting events! Thank you!!!

This was a great space! It was charming, quaint, and super convenient to campus. The outdoor deck/ balcony was a bonus! Plenty of space to relax with a treehouse feel. Everything was better than I expected. It’s a 10!
