Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Mountain View

Richard’s house was very comfortable and clean. We appreciated all the fans, outlets, linens, and the spacious kitchen. We comfortably slept 5 without feeling crowded. Parking was super easy right in front. And best of all, the location was fabulous!! Many fun restaurants and shops just 2-3 blocks away.

Sauro&Susan are very nice. They are always there when you need. The house is well crafted by themselves. You just feel stay within a warm family. You would take as one of the family's. All together we have stayed there for more thean a month. We felt every comfortable even better than my own. Thank you very much to supply a wonderful place with us, espeacially the big beautiful garden. Hope to come back again in my next trip to Mountain View.

the location is amazing and is so close to all the tech companies. many restaurants nearby. good price for value as the unit is new and modern. i would love to stay again

The apartment was nice and well-equipped. We noticed a big difference between Palo Alto and East Palo Alto - more noise, not in use cars, no sidewalks, and trash bins on the street, making it less walkable. While it felt unsafe at first, we got used to it, and nothing bad happened. Being a connected house, we could hear the neighbors’ family voice and movements. Overall, it was a great stay, and for most travelers, these aspects may not matter - I’m just mentioning them for exception management.

Yugal has been a great host, his place is close to many Tech companies HQ. The place is really confortable and he’s always available to help you! Highly recommended!

This is a very cozy 1b1b, locates in a peaceful neighborhood, perfect for single visitor or couples. It's also close to Sunnyvale town center, walkable to supermarkets and several local restaurants. The place is very well maintained with all necessary supplies. I definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again.

Loved the home - just a PERFECT size for my work trip but I can easily see it being perfect for a family of 4 holidaying in Mountain View. It was small from the outside, but surprisingly really large on the inside. The master suite was exactly that. The mirrors in the ensuite were INCREDIBLE for make up and getting ready in the mornings. You really don’t want anything bigger when you are travelling for work. I travel frequently and am so over poky, serviced apartments and hotel rooms. I loved the chef’s kitchen so I could prepare my own meals (keep it healthy). The massive couch was my favourite spot to curl up in after work - deliciously comfy and clean. Love this place and will book again! Thank you 🙏

We had a fantastic stay at Anna’s place. The location is unbeatable—right at Stanford’s doorstep and just a short walk from the field where I could go for a run. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The furnishings are high-quality and thoughtfully chosen; I especially appreciated the soft cotton sheets, the comfortable bed, and the spacious deck for enjoying the outdoors. Anna was a wonderful host—responsive, helpful, and kind. This place is truly a gem!

This place was great for the value! Host was responsive and check and checkout were super easy. Location was great with an easy parking situation if there for the weekend. Would definitely stay again if I’m back in the area!

We were almost sorry to stay for only two nights. The place is just about perfect, with an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and any amenity you might need (possible exception is a/c, but it wasn’t very warm during our stay). The traffic died down at night , making it a quiet place to sleep. Particularly nice is the immediate proximity of the bay tail: perfect for a morning run or an evening stroll. Oriel was very proactive communicating, and we never had any uncertainty about anything. Highly recommended: we would stay there again anytime!

Madi was great and so was the place. Great gym, pool, and lounge. We saw a concert at Stanford and this was a great location!

We stayed at this place for 3 days while organising an event in Santa Clara. The place turned out to be perfect for us as it was quite spacious, both inside and out. It’s also located in a very peaceful and walkable neighborhood. Also, I rented a 4Runner and was afraid of the parking situation but to my pleasant surprise I was able to easily park inside the compound. More than the place, I’m impressed with Rainee and Steven, who were amazing hosts! They went out of their way to help us out with some power tools that we needed during our stay. I’m really grateful for that

Kylee's place was really perfect !. It was one of the best AirBNB's we've stayed in and we've been in many ! It was quiet, bright and cozy. We absolutely loved the setting . The furnishings were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was wonderful.. very central to everything Palo Alto has to offer.. yet still private and afforadbale. Kylee was a great host. she was persoanble and responsive. We'd love to stay here again.

Perfect stay in Palo Alto! The place was very comfortable and spacious in a peaceful area and in walking distance from the town. We really enjoyed our time there and April and the team were super helpful and responsive to any questions or needs.

Pamela’s home was a home Away from home . Very comfortable amenities, tastefully furnished , fabulous king bed and spacious bathroom . Pamela had thought of everything a guest might need or want . The apartment was private and quiet and the area felt very safe with lots of nice neighbour restaurants only a 10 minute walk away . Easy public transport options as well . A great stay!

Gem of a find! Great location right in Santana Row, and also a wonderful spot for an extended stay. Eugene really put a lot of thought into vital details that helped ensure guests had everything they needed- from a well equipped work station down to a kitchen supplied with cooking utensils and items for making a variety of meals! Absolutely loved our stay, and look forward to coming back!

My daughter and I had such a lovely stay at this adorable apartment. I was in town for a concert at Stanford Stadium, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. It was an easy walk to and from the venue. The apartment is full of charm and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, which was important to me since I was traveling with my daughter. I truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the space. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was a little confusing gettinto the place. We parked in the structure and gained access through 2 floor bridge, but got locked out. We found the ground floor door and were able to use that. The garage gate only open one side. The parking space was tricky because it was next to motorcycles parking. BE CAREFUL, mattress sags at edges, husband fell off bed and hit his face. All in all we had a great time. 👍

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.
