10/10 would recommend, and if visiting the area again would look forward to returning to stay with Carrie again. Nice, calm, safe neighborhood with optimal privacy. Carrie was in touch the whole time and made sure our stay felt like home. Thank you!!

Wow---what a special place to stay, we highly recommend! Beautiful location, several decks/outdoor spaces to choose from, super comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, lots of light. Beverly and Ron are fabulous hosts, and anticipate every need for guests with their well equipped home and clear directions. We had a fantastic visit--long days in Yosemite and such a treat to come "home" to such a quiet, comfortable spot. Beverly was very helpful and responsive, answering so many questions about how to plan our visit to Yosemite even before we arrived. l

We had a great tenth anniversary celebration and were able to spend a few days at Yosemite. On the last night we dined at Idle Hour which we recommend for their wine tasting and their food. Robert provided the perfect place for our second honeymoon. It was very relaxing and close to stores and food establishments as well as hiking and natural beauty. It is a wonderful cabin tucked into the woods.

We selected the home to celebrate a 60th birthday with siblings. It was perfect for our group of five. We walked (and ran) on the beach, did puzzles, made meals together, and spent quality time just hanging out. Kitchen has everything one could need. Plenty of supplies. Clear instructions and expectations. We’d absolutely return.

Perfect location for Yosemite. Courtney was in contact and very helpful. I would stay here again.

I travel all the time for work. I stay in 5-6 different Airbnbs a month and this is hands down the best one I’ve been to. Comfortable bed, AMAZING host, black out curtains, any and everything you could need for convenience.. just the most perfect place. Wish I could live here! Thank you SO much Susan for letting me stay at your place. Can’t wait to be back!

We had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The entire home was spotless, the running water was warm, and the property was peaceful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was incredibly clean and cozy, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful backyard made it feel like a true escape. We instantly felt at home and can’t wait to come back!

Kyle was very helpful when I needed to get my medicine in the fridge after flights and before our trip to Yosemite. He responded very quickly and was flexible for us to go drop that off along with our luggage before we left. It was a sweet space in our daughter loved the hot tub, and the coffee bar set up. It was a great experience!

Unfortunately, due to my son being sick, we were unable to complete our full stay but Daniel was very kind and SO responsive to texts and communication. The location is so peaceful and the tiny home has the perfect relaxing vibe. Will definitely try to return to enjoy the full stay in the future when everyone is healthy!

They were incredibly friendly and thoughtful—truly wonderful people. The house is spotlessly clean and located in beautiful natural surroundings. Both the interior and exterior were very well maintained, and I really wished I could have stayed longer. Although it takes about an hour to get to Yosemite by car, it’s still one of the closer spots outside the park. I would love to stay here again if I get the chance.

Our couples retreat at Sunny’s place was nothing short of amazing! Check-in was super easy with great instructions. The cottage is super private, yet felt very safe and secure. The place felt brand new and had tons of little things around that made it feel super welcoming (full coffee bar with keurig or pot, hot cocoa, teas, and creamer; stargazing books, yosemite info books, and fun facts game; fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances; bedroom and bathroom were cleanly like pictures; saw deer and lots of birds). It was ten mins from Oakhurst and about 20-30 to the south entrance of Yosemite and about 70 mins to the Valley. There are cameras on the outside of the property which I prefer for safety reasons. Air conditioning worked great (we were here on a warmer week). We used the outdoor bbq to grill and it was super straightforward and great to use the outdoor space during the no fire season. The views on the porch are AMAZING for sunsets and just hanging out. Thank you Sunny:)

This is a beautifully curated home, you could tell a lot of time and effort went into creating this wonderful place. We enjoyed every part of the home and hope to come back again.

Michele’s place is exactly how it’s described - very clean, easy to find, and had all the amenities. It was a great base for our adventure in Yosemite. She is a great host and provided some amazing recommendations! Thanks for making our stay so comfortable :)

Absolutely beautiful little place only a hour from Yosemite. We managed to beat the Memorial Weekend crowds and actually get to see the park before everyone arrived. Loved the stars from the front porch and the wild turkeys saying good morning as we left. Make sure you carefully follow the instructions to get there. Keep driving until East Whitlock becomes West Whitlock. It is a little confusing in the dark as the numbers on East Whitlock are similar and then you think you've missed it. Keep going and you will find it.

We LOVED it here. Greg and Hannah were very responsive and communicative. Two friendly kitties were on the property and were awesome bonuses to the place. It was clean and stocked with fresh towels and sheets; the amenities were also easy to use and follow. Getting there was a little tricky, there is a puddle that looked steep when driving through but it ended up being no problem.
