We really enjoyed our stay here. It was really clean, comfortable, and best of all very quiet. Also, the neighborhood is great. We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit the area another time.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The home was cozy, clean, and perfectly located, but what really made the experience special was the kindness and hospitality of our hosts. They even invited us to one of their favorite local spots for dinner—it was such a memorable and thoughtful gesture. We felt warmly welcomed and completely at home. To make it even more special, my son celebrated his 10th birthday here, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect setting. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Such a serene location! Nestled amongst the trees, this Airbnb will have you feeling like you’re a world away without being far from amenities at all. My husband and I enjoy staying here tremendously. The place was spotless and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Lea was one of the friendliest hosts I’ve ever come across and made us feel warm and welcomed. Can’t wait to visit again!

This was a perfect place to decompress during a busy work trip. The space is beautiful, and the attached gym is such a nice treat! Everything was exactly as described, clean and lovely. I would definitely stay again!

This is the third time we stay in Tracy's place, and it's always a great pleasure. The location is great, the house is very well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Tracy responds quickly to any messages and really makes us feel at home. Will keep coming back :)

Margaret and Phil's cottage lives up to its listing - it truly is a cozy cottage in the midst of a lush, private, wooded garden setting. Although it's in the midst of Atherton near San Francisco, it feels quiet and much further away than it really is. The neighborhood is excellent for walking - wooded, with many interesting and historic houses. The hosts are wonderful - pleasant and engaging to talk with, and very hospitable; they went out of their way to help make our trip more comfortable in various ways. The golden retriever Sadie (the third host!) is extremely friendly, and makes everyone feel very welcomed. Although the cottage is essentially one open floor plan, it does not feel too small, and the many windows provide a lot of light and views out to the gardens. This is the kind of place that would be great not only as a base of operations, but as a destination in its own right, suitable for just relaxing. We hope to stay here again.

The apartment is ideally located for visiting Stanford and is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and flowers, and lots of birds. The host is very friendly and responsive

This is the 3rd time I've had the pleasure of staying at this unit and it never disappoints. It is comfortable, roomy, and just perfect for my short business trips. They communicate well and are available to help if needed. I hope to come back!

The cottage was absolutely beautiful! Very accommodating and very clean and quiet. Arthur was the perfect host! Our only issue was the parking. We were in San Jose for a church conference that took place off of 1st Street near 237. We wouldn't get back to the cottage until after 10 p.m. so had to park a block or so away both nights. But, it won't stop us from returning. We will be back for next year's conference. Thanks again Arthur!

We had a great time staying here! The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay so easy and enjoyable. A big bonus was the selection of kids’ toys and books—our little ones were entertained the whole time! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was our first time staying in a guesthouse, and sharing a space with the owners, and I was completely blown away, we both felt right at home, so much so we didn’t wanna leave haha. Victor and Michelle gave us our privacy but also complete freedom to play music, relax on the patio, and roam around their absolutely beautiful backyard. We were able to come and go as we please and always know our things would be safe. The kitchen had everything you could need, the bed was extra comfy and the shower was a DREAM, the whole experience was incredibly cozy and peaceful. This was truly the best place we both have ever stayed, 1000% would recommend!!!

This spot is very well located, quiet, clean with everything you need. Very comfortable bedding. Very pleasant shaded patio. Marilynn is very friendly and responsive. An example, broken coffee maker changed within the next hour. We had a very good stay in this accommodation. Thanks again!

We loved our stay at Julie’s studio. It was such a beautiful space and perfect for our needs. The outdoor area is beautiful and the inside is cozy and so well put together. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood to get delicious food. Would definitely stay again!

I’m native to Santa Clara and wanted a brief staycation to help get some focus time/R&R. Katie’s place was perfect for this! Great location, easy to check in and out. Katie was very responsive when I had questions during check in. Overall, I enjoyed my time and would definitely come back!

Another lovely stay at Margaret's cottage. She is such a wonderful host and always makes me feel at home while staying in Palo Alto. I have come to look forward to my visits to Palo Alto just so that I can see Margaret and stay at her wonderful cottage!

Bob's place is the perfect private spot to hangout at between exploring the nearby cities. I really enjoyed my time there and props to Bob for not only having a kitchen stocked with utensils and gadgets, however, also a little bit of food, which was very thoughtful! I would highly recommend Bob's place for the traveler who is out and about exploring during the day, and looking for a private and relaxing spot during the evening and night. :)

Michelle was very hospitable. The backyard was beautiful and well maintained. The cottage was private, very peaceful and in a safe neighborhood. It felt both modern and cozy ♡ I loved the cute kitchen, the nice shower, the outdoor patio with seating and the comfy bed. I will definitely return to stay again as I am originally from the bay area and this location is perfect for hanging out or quickly getting many other surroundings cities that I frequent. I can't wait to go back to the cottage for my next bay area trip!

We loved our time here! Not only were Darren and Laura wonderful hosts and communicators, but the property genuinely exceeded our expectations, the Airbnb was MORE beautiful in person than in the photos (hard to believe, I know), and the location of the neighborhood was incredible — high up on a hill of a beautiful and safe neighborhood. 😍 Only recommendation for future guests — book one extra day!! There is so much to do and such little time! We would’ve loved to have one more day to enjoy the Airbnb a little more. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying in a beautiful cabin in La Honda, CA last weekend, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The cabin itself was cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of the redwoods — the perfect escape from the city. What made the stay even more special were the incredible hosts. Devora and her husband who own the property were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their hospitality was genuine and heartfelt, and it really made all the difference. Whether you’re looking for a quiet retreat in nature or just a memorable weekend getaway, I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already looking forward to coming back!

My stay in Amy's home was relaxing, peaceful and comfortable. I loved the location - nested against the hills and so close to shops/restaurants. I loved walking the hills in the neighborhood and coming back to a quiet and comfortable space. You are in the backyard of the owners but they are friendly and respectful and the setting is idyllic.

How can I begin to describe this little slice of Heaven? It was clean, well appointed, and oh so charming! It reminded me of a cozy European apartment. Mike and Cindy thought of everything and made use of every inch of space in this beautiful cottage. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this gem again in the future!
