Amy’s Barn - a quiet, coastal self-contained flat.

Amy’s Barn is the top floor of an old barn which you enter via external stairs. It is a lovely, bright flat with a separate bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. Great for a couple, a dog (+ baby). It is situated within the garden of our home, with immediate access to a quiet lane and then footpaths for walks/bikes. There is an outdoor seating for guests too. We are on the edge of the village with views of surrounding countryside, sea glimpses, St Agnes Beacon + 1.5m to Porthtowan beach.

Welcome to the Studio, a lovely self-contained annex with superb coastal location in the seaside village of Porthtowan & good access to the A30 and W. Cornwall. The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

Secluded location, one mile from Porthtowan Beach. Next to a wooded valley with walks to the cliffs, beach, pubs and cafes. Recently built annexe to our old cottage, on the site of an 1850’s copper crusher mining engine. A labour of love with modern decor and an ethnic style. Self-contained with a wood-burner, garden and woods with a fire pit. A true getaway all year round! Perfect for families and small groups. Dogs welcome. Three miles from the A30 so a great base for exploring Cornwall.

Bosvean cottage in picturesque village of St Agnes, enjoy nearby beaches, alfresco dining or relax by the fire after exploring the historic Cornish coastline. A short walk to the village centre, SW Coast Path and several family and dog friendly beaches. Just a 5min drive to Trevaunance Cove or 10min to dramatic 3 mile surfing beach at Perranporth. Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

The seamless integration of the living, dining, and kitchen areas is a wonderful social space. Boasting four bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite, and each with its own unique view of the surrounding foliage, this really is a wonderful escape. Enjoy a long soak in the wonderful bath in the stunning family bathroom after a day exploring.

Our four berth holiday park home is situated in Mount Hawke, Cornwall, a central location to many popular towns such as St Ives, Newquay, Falmouth, Truro, Perranporth as well as to the many beaches and attractions. The small holding where it is located (Coosewartha) hosts it as a single site, with access to a spacious garden. The village church is 25 meters away, a Londis convenience store is located just across the road and within walking distance from the local bar & kitchen

Sunnyside cottage

Cosy and comfortable South facing miners cottage, in a tucked away spot in a good location for exploring Cornwall. Ideal for either two couples or a family with children, as the single beds in the second bedroom can be joined to make a super king bed. Quiet walks direct from the door and various beaches are just a 10 - 15 minute car journey - with the famous surfing beach of Porthtowan just 10 minutes away. The cottage is just a short stroll from our good village pub.

No 17 is a modern, newly refurbished house situated in the popular Tregoyne. A five minute walk to Porthtowan beach, village and the well known Unicorn and Blue Bar. Tregoyne is a small cluster of character challet type beach houses with a friendly community mix of permanent residents and holiday makers alike. With only a single track road in and out it makes it particularly child friendly although the house does boast a secure, gated back garden.
