The property is located in a quiet settlement on the outskirts of Tattendorf. Vienna can be reached by train in 50 minutes, and Wiener Neustadt and Baden are also accessible by public transport. In the village, there is a supermarket, wine taverns and restaurants. Please note that €2.50 per person per night is due for local tax.

The house is about 400 m² and is located in the beautiful municipality of Neuberg, which has many cultural and natural attractions. Catering from the award-winning chef close by - Gasthof Schäffer Hiking is very nice everywhere there, you go out the door and find beautiful hiking destinations in all directions.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Leave your car in front of the fenced property and enjoy the view from the tree house. It is located in the middle of nature on a small pond. A few steps away is a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and a kitchen with sitting area and fridge. You share the shower with the guests of the shepherd's wagon.(Total 2 people). A little off to the side there is an aviary with gray parrots.
