Behind the house, there is an adjoining meadow and forest. Distance to the basilica is about 300 m. The center, shopping and the elevator are within walking distance. A wide range of leisure activities. A floor of the house is rented out, including terrace with southwest view, breakfast area and beach chair for your own use. An architecturally sleek, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest, and mountains—modern, stylish, and consciously minimalist. Here, you will stay in the middle of nature, with maximum privacy and a mountain panorama. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with sweeping views over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. There are deer in the meadows, as well as chickens, bees, cats, and a fish pond.

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

The house, which is about 150 years old, is within walking distance of the Hohe Wand, ideal for climbing, hiking... In a short time you can reach the Schneeberg either by train or car. The house can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults with 4 children. There is a beautiful garden, Swedish stove, a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, 2 toilets, a TV. The municipality of Grünbach charges a tourist tax of €2.80 per person/night to be paid on site.

Our cozy cottage from the 1960s has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
