NEWS: The Forest Home in “Commissar Rex,” airing on May 4 at 8:15 p.m. on ORF1 Welcome to the forest home! Our house is located at almost 1000 meters above sea level on the edge of the forest in the climatic health resort of Semmering. We have 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen on a total of about 320 m². NEW: Free shuttle throughout the stay. The nearest ski area (with ample parking) is 5 km away. For children we have a well-equipped playroom.

Many destinations can be reached in 1 hour by car: Lake Neusiedl, Mariazell, Hohe Wand, Rax and Schneeberg for hiking and much more.

We rent out our beautiful, quietly located vacation home on the Semmering, in a green oasis of well-being. The Zauberberg ski resort is just a 10-minute walk away. Stuhleck, with around 26 kilometers (16 miles) of slopes, is 5 minutes away by car. The house has a balcony and a south-facing garden with a unique panoramic view. Enjoy the ski slopes in winter and the beautiful nature and hiking trails in summer. PS: Tourist tax of €2.50/day extra.

The family-friendly apartment is located on the first floor of a new residential complex in the St. Sebastian district. Within walking distance you will find both the Bürgeralpe ski slope and ski school (approx. 3 minutes), as well as shopping (Spar, Billa). In about 5 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lake Erlauf (by car). The center of Mariazell with its beautiful basilica and some shops can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot.
