Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Montparnasse, Paris

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu. Wszystko jest zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami. Bardzo spokojna i bezpieczna okolica, kilka minut od stacji kolejowej RER z której w góra 30 minut dojedziemy do centrum Paryża. Jest też ogród i Frédéric. Bardzo sympatyczny, z sercem na dłoni jak to się mówi w Polsce. Wspaniały człowiek i znakomity malarz. Może będziesz miał okazję poznać jego przyjaciela Slyde'a który jest równie wspaniałym, wesołym i miłym człowiekiem. Polecam to Airbnb.

Es war eine sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist genau vor der Tür. Außerdem hat man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at! So calming, cool and stylish. And big! Everything is there, yet the space is so zen and quiet. Great pizza just a few steps away, a comfy bed and lovely couch to chill out on. In a very cute area of Paris with a street with lots of nice restaurants and a good deli. We will be back!

Ótima localização, anfitriã sempre respondia rapidamente, o espaço é exatamente como mostram as fotos. Agradeço o quiche deixado para nós no dia que chegamos, estava muito bom. Gostaria sugerir uma cortina naquela porta de vidro que fica no quarto, nos sentimos desconfortáveis com a falta de privacidade e com a claridade que entra , por isso improvisei um lençol para colocar.

Larry’s apartment was great! Centrally located, quiet, and more spacious than we originally expected. He gave us great tips and was very easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

France was very helpful and accommodating from the very beginning! The home is luminous, clean, comfortable with nice amenities and very closely located to the métro. There are restaurants, groceries, fromagerie, wine shops and stores for last minute needs (like Monoprix) very near by and plenty of walkable "to-do" list activities for first-time Paris goers. Note that the train is located off of one of the best métro lines for all of your other paris activities and that Ubers are very affordable to attractions, museums, the Tour Eiffel (and nearby burlesque), both opera houses and the jazz clubs. She also provided generous and ample room in her closet - which was much appreciated for a girl on a one week stay! And last but not least, you can not pass up her lovely balcony for your tea in the morning and your apéro in the evenings. It is covered, so even lovely in the rain. I would stay here again if given the opportunity!

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. I loved the location. After long days of exploring, it was a peaceful retreat. There are several cafes and brasseries nearby. Phillipe was very helpful when I asked for dining recommendations. I hope to come back to this lovely apartment if I’m in Paris.

Yann's place was amazing. Very easy access to many metro lines. Nice neighborhood. And Yann was very helpful with the check in and check out process.

Our stay at Guillaume's apartment was fantastatic. From the booking process through to check-out, everything was flawless. The apartment made our stay in Paris truly memorable. The apartment is located in the heart of the Marais and we enjoyed being able to walk everywhere while at same time being in a very peaceful area of the city away from the very busy tourist areas. The apartment itself is perfect. It is fully equipped with all amenities, spotlessely clean and we did not any issue whatsoever. Guillaume is also the perfect host. He is extremely responsive and accomodated us with our request to drop our bags after we arrived on a very flight early flight and also generously accomodated our request for a late check-out. We had an amazing time in Paris and Guillaume's superb apartment played a large part! Thank you, Guillaume!

François war ein super Gastgeber, der immer zuverlässig und schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert hat. Das AirBnB ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Es gibt alles, was man für einen mehrtägigen Parisaufenthalt braucht uns die nächstgelegene Metrostation befindet sich weniger als eine Minute entfernt, so dass alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreicht werden können. Ebenfalls findet man in der Umgebung sehr gute und nicht nur von Touristen besuchte Restaurants. Wir haben uns also insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft von François jederzeit sehr empfehlen.

What a fantastic host and property- the location was excellent, the 14th truly is a village within Paris. Beatrice was so helpful and her little apartment was the perfect base for us as we enjoyed Paris.

Все хорошо, но есть три нюанса. Диван в длину невелик, то есть мой муж ростом 175 уже мучился и упирался ногами в перекладину, так же сам матрас провисает у ног, поэтому я не спала от боли пока не подложила что то для упора матраса. Возможно если ты будешь один будет лучше но для нас двоих было некомфортно, поэтому я бы предупредила кто высокий ростом что это проблема. Второй нюанс это уборка, она увы поверхностная, хотелось бы тщательнее. Так же если вы привыкли мыть голову двумя руками этого не будет, почему-то крепление душа находится на высоте пояса. В остальном все как было описано. Вы можете пользоваться всеми бытовыми вещами и это хорошо, есть кофемашина, туалетные принадлежности. Другими словами данное жилье устроило по цене и по расположению, это идеальное место для пеших прогулок по Парижу и это самый прекрасный момент. Но если бы я могла знать нюансы я бы подумала. Это не укор хозяйке, она очень хорошая и дружелюбная, но для будущих жильцов я думаю будет полезно знать.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

My mum and I had a fabulous stay at Christine’s Airbnb in Paris. It was beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic area with many cafes restaurants and bars. Christine’s apartment had everything you could possibly want for, and we felt right at home. Christine was a lovely friendly host and showed us everything we needed to know. We hope to stay longer next time!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

The location is great with many great restaurants at door step and within walking distance. Great shops close by. Two metro lines close by. Great way to love around city! Love that condo is nice ,clean and bright. Great windows that allow in light. Entry thru courtyard is secured. Always felt safe going in and out. Hostess ‘s nice welcome gift of delightful local treat! And love that hostess has live flowering plants in window boxes. Really felt like home away from home. Great place that we would love to come back to!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. J’ai passé un très bon séjour chez Sophie et Antoine, l’appartement est propre, bien équipé et fonctionnel. L’appartement est très bien situé, l’immeuble calme. Je recommence ce logement pour des séjours de courtes ou longues durées.
