Apartment vacation rentals in Montparnasse, Paris

If you're looking for an authentic Parisian apartment experience that is elegant and comfortable - this is the place. City balcony on the front and the windows in the back open onto a park setting (ruins of a medieval gladiator area!) with trees and birds singing.

We had a great stay at Dan’s place. It was the perfect location, close to restaurants and shops. It was very hot during our stay and although the listing says there is AC, it’s a standup unit which was a little challenging to use as it is not designed for the windows in the apartment. Otherwise we had an amazing time.

In a fairly quiet neighborhood, with access to 3 subway stations within 10 minutes walk, this is a great place to stay. The apartment is spacious and stylish, great to feel comfortable. The host is very kind and responsive, making it easy to check in. Just be aware of the 5 floors to walk up.

Easy to arrive from Orly airport by metro. Amazing location, lots of great local restaurants around. House is okay, balcony is nice but bathroom definitely needs airflow system and more careful cleaning. Thank you for nespresso compliments!

Incredible view from the balcony of the Eiffel Tower. Jade was very responsive and we would definitely book here again.

Jad’s place is a delight. It is unique and interesting so you feel like you are somewhere special before you even open the door to Paris. The location is fabulous too - markets, the cafe and restaurants within easy walking distance. Buses and trains are also easily accessible. We had an alleging weekend. I would highly recommend Jad’s place. I dk f often stay somewhere twice but I would book this place again and probably will!

We had a fabulous stay in the Latin Quarter. It was a 30 min walk to the heart of the city and had lovely history surrounding it. It is well connected with the metro nearby and cafes, restaurants and boulangeries were in abundance. Great stay, would recommend.

Apartment as described. Very comfortable. Quiet street and close to several shops. Comfortable bed.

I rent apartments very often. A host like Pascal is very rare. He heard all our little requests. The apartment was very clean. Pascal was quick to respond to our messages and provided feedback. This is also very rare. Wonderful accommodation and host!!!!

Staying with Pascale is like staying with a friend - she took such good care of us and welcomed us into her home. Her apartment is well appointed and has everything you could need. We arrived in the evening and she anticipated what might make our settling in easier after a long day of travel. If you have the opportunity to stay with Pascale, you are in for a treat!

If I could give you 10 stars I would! We absolutely LOVED your place. What can I say… the View wow oh wow, sooo Beautiful! The Eiffel Tower was right there, I laid in bed and watched the gold lights at night. Then at midnight they would turn white/silver and blinked and sparked.. Amazing!!! Everything was close by. It was really nice that you had a washer/dryer combo. We had been traveling in Scotland and England and we were able to do 2 loads before we travel to Germany and Switzerland. I would definitely like to stay here again sometime. Before making the decision between a hotel or Airbnb I read so many reviews and was a little nerves. We were pleasantly surprised. New everything, great taste in the decor was spot on! I think you understood the assignment 🌷So if your like I was and apprehensive about booking… do it! I know you will love it just as much as we did. Thank you Essaadiya oh by the way I did get my “Paris” haircut, it looks great thanks for the referrals.

Our stay in Paris was a magical one and Anne-Christine’s place made it even better! The area is ideal! We love speaking to Anna! She was very attentive, kind and adaptable. Even when we had an issue the first day of our stay, she was very comprehensive. I would recommend anyone to stay in this lovely apartment!

Absolute wonderful stay! A lovely home to come back to. Catherine was always responsive with great recommendations in the neighbourhood. We’d definitely love to stay again on our next trip to the city.

I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches from the owner : water in the fridge, butter, a bottle of olive oil, salt, and more. Everything I needed to cook as soon as I got my veggies and protein. The studio is just amazing, with a small balcony, a table, and two chairs. And a huge bathroom with a bathtub! Plenty of buses and metro stations nearby, plus a Lidl and Carrefour Market just a few meters away making it the perfect neighborhood whether you’re staying a few days or a few weeks. Absolutely 100% recommended!

lovely place with real Parisian character

Write in the middle of it all this place was perfect for us not having a car. Super clean, great lighting, and Laura was great with instructions and texting us before we arrived. She also has recommended restaurants, etc. In a booklet in the Airbnb. If you are not used to the hustle and bustle of a city do not stay at this place. This didn’t bother us but you can hear the honks of horns, the restaurants below and occasionally the neighbors playing music. None of it was bothersome to us but might not be for everyone.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There are plenty of shops and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's place is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The cherry on top was the jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and linens are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well-equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We will definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The apartment is in a great location for exploring the city with some great local restaurants just round the corner. Our hosts were always quick to answer any questions we had. The baggage storage was very useful and easy to use on both the check in day and check out day so we weren’t carrying heavy bags around. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. We used all three beds including a very comfy fold down bed in the living room, it was so nice to stay somewhere with comfy bed pillows and Aircon! I will be highly recommending this apartment and hope to stay again.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
