Perfect place to enjoy Paris while being in a quiet area

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

This place is a real hidden gem—super special, with a great location near the Luxembourg Gardens and just a 10-minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. François is a very helpful host and was incredibly kind to us. Since we were traveling with a baby, we needed some flexibility with check-in and check-out, and we also needed some mugs in the kitchen, which he brought as soon as he could. The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated with 33-degree weather in Paris and a baby! We loved the place and will definitely come back next time

The room was very clean and the security was enough to feel safe.

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

Larry’s apartment was great! Centrally located, quiet, and more spacious than we originally expected. He gave us great tips and was very easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

France was very helpful and accommodating from the very beginning! The home is luminous, clean, comfortable with nice amenities and very closely located to the métro. There are restaurants, groceries, fromagerie, wine shops and stores for last minute needs (like Monoprix) very near by and plenty of walkable "to-do" list activities for first-time Paris goers. Note that the train is located off of one of the best métro lines for all of your other paris activities and that Ubers are very affordable to attractions, museums, the Tour Eiffel (and nearby burlesque), both opera houses and the jazz clubs. She also provided generous and ample room in her closet - which was much appreciated for a girl on a one week stay! And last but not least, you can not pass up her lovely balcony for your tea in the morning and your apéro in the evenings. It is covered, so even lovely in the rain. I would stay here again if given the opportunity!

The apartment was small but perfect for two people, just the right size for a comfortable stay without feeling cramped. It probably wouldn’t work for more than two guests, but since the listing is made for two, it was exactly what we expected. Pierre was an absolutely fantastic host. We asked him where to buy ice, and he thoughtfully let us know he’d already left ice trays in the freezer so we could make our own, super convenient! He also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, which really helped us enjoy the area. The location was super handy too, really close to a McDonald’s, which came in clutch for late-night snacks after long days out. Also, the fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks, including some cold Lipton tea, which was amazing to come home to on hot days. Pierre was always quick to respond, usually within minutes, definitely within an hour, and made us feel really welcome throughout our stay. We really appreciated how thoughtful and responsive he was.

What a fantastic host and property- the location was excellent, the 14th truly is a village within Paris. Beatrice was so helpful and her little apartment was the perfect base for us as we enjoyed Paris.

Everything is fine, but there are three nuances. The sofa is not long, my husband is 175 cm tall and he was already suffering and his legs were resting on the crossbar, the mattress itself also sags at the feet, so I did not sleep because of the pain until I put something under the mattress. Maybe if you're alone it'll be better, but it was uncomfortable for the two of us, so I would warn tall people that this is a problem. The second nuance is cleaning, it is unfortunately superficial, I would like it to be more thorough. Also, if you are used to washing your hair with two hands, this will not be possible, for some reason the shower attachment is at waist height. Otherwise, everything is as described. You can use all household items and that's good, there's a coffee machine, toiletries. In other words, this accommodation suited the price and location, it is an ideal place for walking around Paris and this is the most beautiful moment. But if I could know the nuances, I would think. This is not a reproach to the hostess, she is very nice and friendly, but for future tenants I think it will be useful to know.

Very nice and large space, nicely furnished and quiet through the courtyard. Very pleasant communication with Frédéric. And super that he gives a lot of tips for restaurants and sights. Tip: rent bicycles at café Le Peloton (take the phone holder and ask for bicycle lights).

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

My second stay at Cecilia’s place was great! Both she and her husband (Simon) were great hosts. The place was lovely and neat as usual. I’ll always consider staying at their place whenever I visit Paris!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

My mum and I had a fabulous stay at Christine’s Airbnb in Paris. It was beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic area with many cafes restaurants and bars. Christine’s apartment had everything you could possibly want for, and we felt right at home. Christine was a lovely friendly host and showed us everything we needed to know. We hope to stay longer next time!

Everything as described, cozy accommodation, we felt right at home. The subway is very close and there is a supermarket downstairs. Thank you for everything

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. The location is great with many great restaurants at door step and within walking distance. Great shops close by. Two metro lines close by. Great way to love around city! Love that condo is nice ,clean and bright. Great windows that allow in light. Entry thru courtyard is secured. Always felt safe going in and out. Hostess ‘s nice welcome gift of delightful local treat! And love that hostess has live flowering plants in window boxes. Really felt like home away from home. Great place that we would love to come back to!
