Rachida and her husband are always concerned about the well-being of the people who rent their home, which is very clean and well maintained. They communicate a lot and easily as needed while knowing how to maintain discretion throughout the stay.

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the fridge), it makes you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, welcomed us personally and gave us great tips for restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely be back! Thank you for the great days with you!:)

It was the best Airbnb we've ever been to. Highly recommended and it was spotless. Anita and Arnaud are excellent hosts, always willing to answer your questions with sympathy and warmth. We will surely repeat this accommodation on our future visit to Paris.

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. Thoroughly recommended this accommodation and location to any and all. 😃

We had a great stay! Very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and close to the metro. The apartment was super nice, cute and charming. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic Central location, tucked behind the hustle of the main streets. Peaceful and quiet flat, despite being in the central heartbeat of the city. A real gem, and best accommodation I ever found in Paris. Pierre is kind, and was especially responsive when checking in. The concierge tried very hard to explain to us where to go, but our A1 French skills didn't get us far. Luckily Pierre answered our messages immediately and we were able to easily find the flat. We were soooo happy it was so quiet at night, and we were able to rest up after full days of exploring. The flat has everything you could need, including a washing machine and all toiletries and cleaning supplies. A little tip: there isn't much closet space for you to unpack, and if you need to hang your clothes you may want to bring your own hangers :) this was clearly in the description, and it was really nice feeling the real intention behind Airbnb - staying in someone elses real flat. Etienne's flat is beautiful and made me feel very welcomed. His moderne decor and great use of space felt very comfortable and warm. The view from the balconies were quintessentially Parisian and the tre chic Le Marais neighborhood is charming and full of boutiques and cafes. The location is perfect I will definitely be returning again. Albeit, it is a 5 floor walk-up to the flat, the beautiful interior of the stairs made the walk up and down quite remarkable. Love the timeless French architecture. You will love his apartment.

Staying here was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Every detail was taken care of with such care and kindness, and it genuinely felt like a second home! The neighborhood was peaceful and serene. Amandine and Sébastien above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and felt comfortable throughout my stay. I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in France. 10/10 highly recommend! 😊

Had a wonderful stay!! The apartment was absolutely perfect, fully equipped with everything you will need. It is just down the road from the metro so you can easily get anywhere but even just Bourg la reine was great with some nice local restaurants and cafes, even just if you want to go for a nice walk about. Hadi the host was brilliant, gave clear instructions, recommendations and was always happy to help. We couldn’t have had a better time 🤩

Very nice welcome by Susanna. Great area in Quartier de Belleville, where Edith Piaf was also born. Really cool, safe area where there is really everything: metro, bus, several bakeries, bistros, restaurants and supermarkets. From here, you can get everywhere quickly by metro. The clean, very nice studio has everything you need and is as described in the advertisement. When you go up to the 9th floor and enter the studio and see the view of Paris, you just think WOW. On the balcony you can have breakfast or dinner with a great view. We loved it and it made our Paris trip unforgettable.

Wonderful place to stay on a trip to Paris! The apartment is big enough to accommodate 6 people and is in a secure building. Two great balconies and in a peaceful neighborhood. There are bus stops and metro stops nearby, making it easy to get to the center of the city. Would recommend!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no comparison options. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but comfortable is different. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for that. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't entirely safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable in summer. The view is priceless. View over the city is fantastic.

Great accommodation, with a really great location whether for accessibility by car or public transport. Very responsive, available and accommodating hosts! It's very nice. A little hot at night (but we were there on days over 33 degrees and hot nights as well) fortunately a fan was available in the accommodation which served us well!

Gorgeous home from home in the city of lights. 2nd time staying, and would do it again and again!
