Perfect little beach hide out. I love the patio and the thoughtful amenities. It’s a very serene place on a spectacular beach. It has a Kuerig, so if you like drip or your own brand of coffee, bring a cone and filters.

We enjoyed our time here very much, thanks you Angela and the hosting team, your proactive messages and tips were very helpful and made our stay better than we even expected!

Wonderful home within walking distance to the Pacific Ocean. Convenience store within walking distance as well. Booking the place happened very quickly even as we were looking at the last minute. Response communications were very timely as well. The house was very cozy and conducive to our family getting together for my niece's graduation at CSU-CI. Loved that you can open the windows for fresh air. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kitchen for home cooking and baking. Upstairs/outside deck was very nice, but we all preferred to stay inside the house. Totally recommend Jesse & Abha's home for your vacation get-away needs.

David’s place was just what we needed. A few of us came to run the Ventura Beach 1/2 Marathon and just needed a place to rest, but the home was perfect and very comfy to rest before the big day. We wished we had time to enjoy the nice outdoor patio or to have a chance to use the beach cruiser bikes he had available to use. Inside is VERY up to date (especially kitchen) and it was nice to be able to walk to the beach literally just down the street. Next time we come back to the area we now know a great place we can stay.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. The beach is at the end of the block. Easy walk to the grocery store, Starbucks and several restaurants. The home was clean and uncluttered and also had little extras like books, board games and laundry detergent. We used the beach chairs provided each night to walk down to the beach and enjoy the sunset.

This place was amazing!! Beautiful and had plenty of room for my family to stay. The roof top patio made for the perfect dinning space. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The picturesque surroundings and welcoming ambiance of the house made for an unforgettable stay. Karen's attention to detail and commitment to providing a top-notch experience was evident in every aspect of the property. I truly felt at ease and right at home throughout my entire stay. I am already looking forward to my next visit to one of Karen's properties, and I have no doubt that it will be just as wonderful as the first.

Great location, hot tub and pool were really great, great family spaces. We had a great week there. Also, Melissa was very helpful in mailing me something I accidentally left behind in the house.

A very charming space with a gorgeous yard! Loved the decor and amenities. Such a nice neighborhood so close to the beach and seashore trail. Plenty to see and do.

We really loved staying at the house. Walking around the neighborhood, friendly people, and the beach cruisers came in handy. The location was near many places that we wanted to visit. We are looking forward to our next booking at this house!! Thank you again for all your assistance

Hard to put into words how wonderful Connie’s home truly is. We brought our toddler and newborn along for our anniversary and had an incredible time lounging poolside, exploring the orchards and taking in all the beauty that surrounds the estate. Could not be happier with our stay. We truly felt made at home by their generosity. Will be back in the future for sure!

Daniel and Sand were wonderful hosta and I recommend their accomodation to everyone who wants to spend paeceful time in Santa Barbara paradise.

A real gem. Aside from the stuff you can check off on an AirBNB form (clean, stylish, etc), this is a house that obviously was or is lived in, not just a property someone bought to rent out and filled with the shortest possible Target shopping list they could get away with. The kitchen is comprehensively set up with quality appliances and tools, and the bedrooms had actual bedside lamps that you could read by *and* turn off without getting out of bed.

Great stay. Just as described. No surprises. Daniel and Sandy are great host and went out of their way to be helpful. Their dog is really friendly and sweet as well.

What a beautiful place with ocean views! First of all, Haley was so accommodating. She allowed us to do an early check in, which gave us extra time to enjoy Santa Barbara! Upon check in we noticed Haley’s place was clean, pristine bathrooms and kitchen. Her kitchen appliances were top of the line (Wolf). Pots and pans were high quality that we enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning! The 3 rooms were perfect for a family of 4 plus my mom. Our dogs enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and there are nearby trails. Downtown Summerland was also a short 20 minute walk. Everything was in good working condition- the wifi, TV, etc. It was peaceful and quiet at night. Very safe area!! We would stay here again - five stars all around!

The property is beautiful and looked exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Everything is a 10-15 min ride. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. My only recommendation if you book here and like to sleep in, bring an eye mask. The house has so much wonderful natural light, it can be a little bright in the morning.

This was our second time staying at this cottage and we are already looking forward to returning next year. The location is phenomenal, walking distance to restaurants and shopping + a short drive to the beach. The home is comfortable and well thought out; we particularly like all the games available both inside and outdoors. Patrick is a great communicator - quick and thoughtful. Overall, such a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan and Holly's house! It's an amazing location, just a few minutes walk to Butterfly Beach and a few minutes walk to the Coast Village for restaurants and shopping and anything you need! Also, it's right near the start of a fantastic bike path the runs along the beach going to Santa Barbara. Our family rented bikes, both pedal and e-bikes, and we hardly had to drive at all the the week we stayed there! Ryan let us borrow boogie boards, beach chairs and a kid's size surf board and our kids were swimming in the ocean every single day even though it was Dec/Jan. On New Year's Eve, just after the sunset, a huge pod of dolphins swam within about 20 yards of where my kids were swimming - so magical! The Airbnb fit the description and matched the photos online. It's definitely more on the rustic side but that was fine with us! We love to camp and it felt a little like camping since we all slept in the same room. The back patio and fire pit was lovely!

This 'Garden House' really is just that! The grounds are beautiful and the house is so welcoming. So many places to gather and/or lounge! The kitchen is large, well-equipped and was perfect for family meals. Beds are comfy and bathrooms clean and spacious. The outside entrance for the studio bedroom was different, and though we didn't use the kitchenette, I could see that it had everything needed to be a standalone unit. The casita is down a small hill, next to the fire pit. Although it doesn't have its own bath, it is a cozy and quiet bedroom, probably best for someone who doesn't need bathroom trips at night! We were a group of senior citizen siblings and loved the chance to walk the nearby nature preserve, though not everyone made it down the neighborhood's steps to the beach, lol. FYI, Google maps didn't quite take us far enough on the street - be sure to look for the house number.
