Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

A cozy living area is presented with a comfortable sectional sofa adorned with decorative pillows. A glass coffee table rests atop a patterned area rug. Bright natural light floods the space through large windows, which overlook the surrounding greenery, enhancing the calming atmosphere.

The sunny and peaceful romantic suit is 717 sf fully equiped with queen size comfy bed, big living room with comfy single sleeping sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette, private guest's laundry room with w/d. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.
