Stunning Ocean View Vacation Home - Santa Barbara
This newly refurnished coastal house sleeps 7 across 3 generously sized bedrooms. You can also book the 1 bed/1 bath attached guest unit for an additional $200/night. In the main unit, there is two king bedrooms, a room with two full beds and a second living room/office/workout area that serves as an extra sleeping area with a queen pull out bed and a Peloton. In the separate guest unit there is a king bedroom, bathroom, living room, second kitchen and private outdoor deck and living space.

Petite Retreat; Artist Studio
Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

The sunny and peaceful romantic suit is 717 sf fully equiped with queen size comfy bed, big living room with comfy single sleeping sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette, private guest's laundry room with w/d. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.

The Beach Loft- Private, Remodeled, Walkable!
This newly remodeled guest house is located in the coveted Montecito Oaks neighborhood. This ideal location is walking distance to many popular spots in Montecito; Coast Village Road the Rosewood Miramar Hotel, Butterfly Beach. This home has an upstairs loft with one king bed and downstairs includes a queen size pull out couch. The house has a gated private entrance, keypad locked front door, and your own fenced in yard and patio. Outdoor Amenities- Fire Pit, Ping Pong, Corn Hole

It is a mere 6-minute walk to either Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road, which is known for its distinctive boutiques and restaurants.
