Very private secluded fenced cottage at end of the road in Montecito. King bed and comfortable sleeper sofa in a quaint setting. Ideal for 3 max. Or 2 adults & 2 children on sofa sleeper. Beach chairs and umbrella and 2 boogie boards to use! . Dog and child friendly completely fenced and private. NO CATS please! 10 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara Washer and dryer for guests staying a week or longer. check in info sent before stay, Check in 3 check out 11am unless arranged differently

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Bring your kids or 2 friends!! Walking distance to Butterfly Beach, restaurants on Coast Village Rd and Rosewood Miramar Hotel. W/D in the unit (detergent & dryer sheets) and a kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and toaster oven to make your stay like home. There is also a small, gated, outdoor area with BBQ and 2 bikes for your use. Check in 2pm, check out is 10am. We allow 1 small/medium-sized dog under 45 pounds but ask that you give me the weight/breed before booking.

A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.
