This newly refurnished coastal house sleeps 7 across 3 generously sized bedrooms. You can also book the 1 bed/1 bath attached guest unit for an additional $200/night. In the main unit, there is two king bedrooms, a room with two full beds and a second living room/office/workout area that serves as an extra sleeping area with a queen pull out bed and a Peloton. In the separate guest unit there is a king bedroom, bathroom, living room, second kitchen and private outdoor deck and living space.

The sunny and peaceful romantic suit is 717 sf fully equiped with queen size comfy bed, big living room with comfy single sleeping sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette, private guest's laundry room with w/d. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Peaceful house located blocks away from downtown Santa Barbara. Parking space and a quiet neighborhood. Excellent for a nice getaway to Santa Barbara. The city is planning on doing some king of street maintenance during september to novemeber, they have not given any exact dates. Looks like phase 2 will require street closure. As of this time 9/5 nothings started yet but theyve started leaving these notices around. Going to include a transcript of the notice in another section.
