Villa vacation rentals in Mondello

Stayed for a few days. Firstly confusing to locate the driveway, it comes up quickly from the highway. Giuseppe arranged to meet us and let us in. Place was spotless clean and bright. The minute you saw the balcony with the view it relaxed you. Located not far from Palermo on a main road. Restaurants are all along the road in either direction. Supermarket is a down the street also. Kitchen has all the needed appliances Balcony has Lounge chairs, seating area and a barbecue. Would book this again if ever in the area for an extended time, so you are able to enjoy all the amenities. AAA+

We had the pleasure of staying at Fabrizios place for 4 nights. We felt right at home and we even received some wine and sweets as a welcome gift. Clean house + freshly washed towels. The pool is very nice and gets cleaned regularly - we also want to mention the nice behaviour of the host throughout our stay. Great place to have some great Bbq‘s at home - we would love to come back.

Brilliant place to stay with fantastic, kind host. Lots of garden space and huge pool. Host was so helpful and relaxed helping us out all the time. Lyra the dog was so fun and friendly. Kids loved playing with her. Short drive from loads of beaches, restaurants etc. highly recommend!

Antonio and Debbie with their daughter greeted us. Antonio waited outside the gate to show us how to use the key to get in. The view from their patio was just like the pictures on the website. Antonio and his family gave us suggestions for restaurants near their location. You need a car to get to any restaurants or grocery stores. Antonio was very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a very nice and quite place to stay. Thanks Antonio and Debbie.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. It was spotlessly clean, with a generous provision of towels, a well-kept pool, and great amenities throughout. Jessica was incredibly helpful and always available if we needed anything. We celebrated two birthdays during our stay, and Jessica went above and beyond by surprising us with a dessert cake—it was such a thoughtful gesture that made our time there truly unforgettable. We’re so grateful for her kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend this villa for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Cozy appartement surrounded by a beautiful garden. Really nice outdoor kitchen, well equipped and clean. Perfect space for a couple or family of three. Roberto and Antonio were super friendly and helpful. Definite recommendation!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and private for our family of nine, we felt right at home. Maurizio and his family were very helpful with check-in and throughout our stay making sure everything was good. We had cars so could easily go to town or take day trips and return to rest. We hope to come back and stay here again!

Antonio’s home was a great place to stay and enjoy Palermo! Frederica was very helpful with anything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Make sure that your rental car is slightly higher off the ground to make sure you don’t scrape your car on the steep driveway to the house. After a couple times the driveway was not difficult but took some getting used to. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back!

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Excellent stay in Mondello. The home was modern, very clean, and had several spaces to relax. It is perfectly located in Mondello beach. Steps from the beach and shops. Would highly recommend this home to others.

Thanks again for a great stay! The house was immaculately clean and lovingly furnished. The highlight was definitely the spacious garden and pool. Even though the hosts also lived on the property, they were very discreet and we hardly noticed them. In addition, they always responded quickly and supported us with all possible bookings and recommendations. We highly recommend it!

Ten day stay with adult family of 10. Everyone had their own bedroom, and there was plenty of bathroom space. Best stocked kitchen of any Airbnb we've been to. Had minor electrical problem, which was quickly addressed and fixed. Maid service very nice. Quiet area, very restful. Awesome accommodations!

Francesco was a super nice host and very helpful. highly recommend the house if you prefer beeing a little bit further away from the city but still close to a small town with options for restaurants, cafes, bakery and grocery store.

Elvira is helpfuk and kind host, proactive and always responsive. House was nice and clean. Evertyhing looked like in photos ( even better :)) Would reccomend!

Giacomo has one of the most beautiful houses I’ve ever stayed in. The house was perfectly clean when we arrived and everything was set up nice. He was nice enough to provide us with two bottles of wine and some pasta for the night that we arrived and with a beautiful tower of local fruits to eat throughout our stay. Additionally the backyard is beautiful with a perfectly manicured garden and lawn and has a nice patio with sofas to lounge on. The proximity of the house to Mondello beach makes it easy to go to the beach at any time and has plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Antonio and Laura's airbnb was absolutely superb. We were given instructions to first meet in Balestrate town and from there we were guided to Antonio's home which was a nice touch. We arrived and the photos do not do it justice. What a spectacular view and so peaceful despite being about 1km above the main town. The hot tub with that view was stunning. And the complimentary wine was such a lovely touch. We had everything we needed, fresh towels, cutlery, washing up utensils etc. Antonio was a wonderful host. He gave us some great recommendations for our travels. He recommended La Vucciria in Palermo, the Erice-Trapani cable car, San Vito Lo Capo beach which were all within 60/90 mins of the house. It was a perfect location. He also recommended Scala de Turchi (which was on our way to our next airbnb destination). All of these suggestions were incredible. Not only that Antonio gave us fresh lemons from his garden and some pastries. A real gentleman. Thank You.

We had the most amazing time at this wonderful house in Alcamo. The property was excellent for our family of four (two adults, two children). it was spacious, clean, and with beautiful views of the ocean from both levels. You’ll need a car, which will give you access to the wonderful surrounding area. I must give our compliments to the wonderful hosts who did everything to make our stay special, including a birthday cake for a family member :) We highly recommend it!

Thank you to Innocenzo, Gianna and Giuliana for being great hosts. The house was amazing and the views breathtaking. Their restaurant in Town was also great and we ended up eating there two times. If you’re looking for a place with some privacy, a great pool and a close drive to everything, then this is the place for you.

Lovely peaceful and beautiful location with a super host . Would recommend for those with a car , wanting to be close enough but not too close to Palermo city .

I am happy for choosing Natalia's house not only of the wonderful view, the well-kept fruit garden, the constantly cleaned pool, the peace, the functional and comfortable spaces, but most of all because of the host Natalia and her family, who showed the most beautiful features of Sicilian people. From the beginning of communication, any question or problem I had was handled with great care and delicacy: be it "where to buy fish?" or "help with the car tire". Upon arrival, a fridge full of drinks, snacks, fruit, and wine was waiting for us. The smallest detail has been taken care of, so it is impossible not to fall in love with these hosts and with their home. Of course, there are a few things to consider: a car is essential, and sometimes the smell of sheep farms comes through. We travel by our own car, so the spacious parking space was a big plus. The huge fenced yard allowed our poodle to have fun. I will never forget the hospitality of Natalia and this family🙏🤗😍

Danilo is an absolutely amazing host, very responsive, hospitable and helpful. It felt like home, we got a personal greeting letter, which was a very nice gesture, some treats and some recommendations about restaurants., at the end of our stay there were even some little gifts for us. The house is very clean, spacious, modern, carefully designed to be practical, with a patio, terrace, swimming pool and sunbeds and also a little playground for children. There is space for everyone. It’s located a bit up, in a peaceful area, to get there you need a car but it guarantees a very nice view onto the sea. It was a great experience. The only regret is that we stayed only for one night. Danilo, thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

We stayed a week in Terassini and it was like a private oasis. The home is a stone's throw to the beach and water boardwalk. The town piazza with many restaurants, stores, butcher, small grocery stores and pharmacy is also a very short walk. The pool area was a wonderful bonus even without swimming, the shade and breeze from the water was refreshing and calm. The home is immaculate and everything looks like brand new construction - extremely new, clean and also gated. Our hosts were exceptional - Clemente picked us up from the airport which is only a 15 minute drive. The most amazing part of our story is that our host is a first cousin to one of our travel party and we had no idea until we arrived and he told us he had family in Detroit (her husband!!!!). Clemente assisted us in renting a car for a day trip to Trapani and Erice (must, must see) which was extremely easy to do. Highly recommended!
