Marina has set the bar unattainably high for any other AirBnb host! Not only was the house absolutely beautiful, it was clean, organized, perfectly located, and had every amenity you could think of (plus more that you didn't remember!). On top of that, Marina is a gem of a person. I've never been to the same AirBnb twice because we like going to new places, but I really hope to make coming back here an annual tradition! Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, on every level with great views of the sea. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking is available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us, it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

As a solo traveller or for a small family this place is just PERFECT!!! A bit noisy but once the windows are closed, you are home! In a spacious, clean, confortable appartment with everything you need! It is close to the station and all main attractions! A real gem!

cute room with basic cooking facilities. amazing view from the rooftop terrace, and also a small balcony in the room overlooking the street. a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants, but surprisingly quiet at night. a really convenient location for exploring palermo! we hope to return to palermo in the future, and stay at sven's place again!

The apartment was clean, in a historic neighborhood, and the bed and linens comfortable. Fulvio was an amazing host, with lots of suggestions, sitting down to meet us upon arrival and quick to respond. There was some noise coming from local construction and a restaurant's kitchen across the street, but it was nothing we couldn't sleep through.

We spend around a week at Giuseppe’s place and enjoyed our time a lot! (Friend group of 3 people, 30 years old). He has a lot of great recommendations and is a super friendly and outgoing person who goes above and beyond to help you have a good time! Don’t hesitate to ask 🙂the garden is very peaceful and cosy but be aware of the mosquitos 😄 there’s lots of restaurants, beautiful nature for hiking, bus stations, supermarket, a train station, beaches and a pharmacy in walking distance. Be aware that the kitchen has a separate entrance from the garden which might not be optimal during rainy seasons. Also the shower in the bathroom next to the kitchen gets warm when you turn on the cold side and cold if you turn on the warm side, but it works perfectly fine!

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Rosario for our nice holiday stay at your vila as well as for the nice treats.

My boyfriend and I had a super vacation at this home! Cozy place and the small terrace were lovely and with beautiful views of the mountain and sea. There was a bit of loud music by the pool during the day which was a bit disturbing, but the beach is close and was lovely as a change. Ernesto is super sweet and helpful and picked us up and took us to and from the airport. In addition, he made recommendations for great experiences in Palermo city center - it's easy to get in there by bus from Mondello and we especially enjoyed it at night when the weather was “cool enough” to experience things; -) We were overall very satisfied! Highly recommended 🤗

Stayed for a few days. Firstly confusing to locate the driveway, it comes up quickly from the highway. Giuseppe arranged to meet us and let us in. Place was spotless clean and bright. The minute you saw the balcony with the view it relaxed you. Located not far from Palermo on a main road. Restaurants are all along the road in either direction. Supermarket is a down the street also. Kitchen has all the needed appliances Balcony has Lounge chairs, seating area and a barbecue. Would book this again if ever in the area for an extended time, so you are able to enjoy all the amenities. AAA+

Brilliant place to stay with fantastic, kind host. Lots of garden space and huge pool. Host was so helpful and relaxed helping us out all the time. Lyra the dog was so fun and friendly. Kids loved playing with her. Short drive from loads of beaches, restaurants etc. highly recommend!

Dario was the best host ever. He was always willing to help and was flexible. The place is GORGEOUS! You basically have your own private villa. Close to Mondello beach where the sights are incredible and night life is crazy. It was a cozy spot, but had a classic Italian touch to it. I would highly highly recommend staying here. It was worth every penny.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It’s the perfect getaway from the busy city life’s we lead. The villa is beautiful and there is the added bonus that Massimo (the owner) has a pizza restaurant in the town which we went to twice and were well looked after. Would certainly recommend staying

Cute and functional accommodation in the family property. The garden with lemon, orange, almond and olive trees is very well maintained, allowing you to unwind. The pool area is incredible. Mariano is very responsive, accommodating and flexible on schedules. The pool suffered some damage the week before we arrived and Mariano informed us and made sure that the repairs were done quickly so that we could enjoy it. Thanks again!

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

Beautiful villa 20 minutes by car from Palermo. Our hosts were there to meet us and explained everything about the villa to us. Spotlessly clean and super comfy beds. Very peaceful 2 day stay on our road trip across Italy. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding experience! Walking distance from all of the best spots! Clean apartment. Angelo was always a text away. Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience in Palermo ! 10/10

We had a really nice stay, Salvatore was so kind to us! He even picked us up from the bus station in the pouring rain with an umbrella and was very flexible about last minute changes. The apartment is very Beautiful!

Alessandra’s home is amazing. It’s located in a private and more upscale area of Mondello. The house is spacious and can easily accommodate 8 people. Alessandra was really nice as she accompanied all of our requests. She even provided a lot of amenities such as pastries, fruits, etc that you won’t find in a normal BnB. Overall, we loved her home and would recommend to anyone who wants to relax in Mondello

A nice, older, well-kept apartment in a multi-family complex. The furnishings are very loving. There's nothing missing. The apartment was clean and we felt right at home. The host is very accommodating and helpful. It was not an issue to check in earlier. Those looking for a quiet, cozy apartment will get their money's worth. Parking is available in the vicinity. The bed was very comfortable and there was warm water. Everything is great. I will gladly come back.

I recommend this place. Has a good local grocery store 50m away from the apartment.Also some resturants and caffe's near the location. Only thing you have to keep in mind is that the Bus doesn't arrive on time EVER. It's either too early or too late. Overall good place to stay,worth the price and the host is a G. We struggled to get there so he picked us up and drove to the place. Very kind and always responds fast!

Super nice accommodation and the son who met us when we arrived was very nice and helpful. We arrived late and then he had arranged it so we had it in the fridge to start with. Very appreciated. Close to a super nice beach, super market, etc. The accommodation has a very nice terrace that we used a lot. So everything was super good. Really recommended. Ciao Maria

Beautiful waterfront that feels private.

The nicest Airbnb my family has stayed in. Spacious, clean, great location & the main balcony, wow! You can even open the shower window for a mountain view. :-) You won’t find friendlier more communicative hosts than Federico, Lucia & Viviana.
