The Terrace overlooking the Gulf

The accommodation of 90 square meters, has independent entrance on a large panoramic terrace on the Gulf of Mondello and on Palermo and is about 600 meters from the sea. The interior consists of: living room, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds , kitchen, bathroom with shower, internal terrace and small laundry room. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, windows with mosquito nets and unlimited wifi. You arrive with a steep climb but you will be rewarded by the wonderful view of the gulf.

At just 50meters from Mondello beach!!! Luxury apartment with sea & village view. All the amenities for a perfect holiday near this sea of tropical colors! Many shops just nearby make things easy. Parking outside is free from October 1st to end of May after you have to pay on blu stripes from 08:00 to 20:00. In Some street without blue stripes you can park for free even between June and Sept. We do not have any private parking. Another option is a private garage just below our apartment.

The bright bedroom contains two spacious beds, one double and one single. Large windows allow for natural light and provide a view of the surrounding area. Artwork adorns the walls, while bedside tables with lamps add functionality.

Below the house, there is an equipped beach, pharmacy, bakery, banks, bars, restaurants, and pizzerias. Bus stops and taxi service behind the house, to reach Palermo in 15 minutes. On foot or by free shuttle, you can reach the square of the village of Mondello.

Another strong point of this beautiful accommodation is its location, not far from restaurants, bars, mini-markets and above all from Mondello beach. The house is equipped with every appliance and all the comforts you will need. There is Wi-Fi in the apartment.

Delightful annex in a Villa just a 5-minute walk from the sea (500 meters). The room has a bathroom inside and a very nice window overlooking the villa's garden. The room has all amenities, air conditioning, wardrobe, kitchen, small fridge, coffee table, two chairs and everything you need to make breakfast. Available to guests is WiFi, garden with its furnishings including the swimming pool. Sheets and towels included.

Fabulous apartment inside the enchanting Villa Mallandrino. The apartment is at the ground floor and is provided of a living room with two very comfortable sofa bed, a beautiful angular kitchen and one toilet. A mezzanine hosts the double bedroom, which looks over the lounge of this luxurious open space. Top it all off there is a very large private terrace on the sea.

Very nice apartment, right in the middle of Mondello’s movida and very close to Mondello’s beach. The place is as beutiful as it looks on the photos and the owner is very proactive and responsive

We had a beautiful stay, the apartment has complete equipment, I definitely recommend it, close to the beach and only 25 minutes by bus to the center of Palermo... nearby also free parking and under the apartment building an excellent bakery (savory/sweet) all fresh and warm so you have breakfast or snack taken care of...

Great private room with 2 private balconies in walking distance of the beach, Maria was a huge help recommending breakfast lunch and dinner spots as well as coordinating transportation from the airport. Great experience would recommend.

The highlight of the apartment is of course its rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the sea and beach. You quickly take root, especially in the evening, when the sun (already strong in June) declines. But the interior is also very nice, the decor is nice, the air conditioning works well. We weren't received directly by Dario but by his dad, who was very kind. His brother dropped us off at the airport at a reasonable rate. A precious moment to discuss. Mondello is a lively seaside resort, but the apartment, although very close to the beach and many restaurants, remains relatively quiet.

An outdoor terrace features a large dining table set for breakfast, with bowls, plates, and drinks arranged neatly. Surrounding greenery complements a backdrop of mountains, while a sunshade provides shelter. Comfortable chairs are positioned around the table, creating an inviting space for meals.

we had an amazing stay at this place. Giuliano is nice and easy to ccommunicate with. the space was even better then we expected, lots of details to make you feel at home. the view is amazing! We would love to come back someday.
