House vacation rentals in Mondello

My boyfriend and I had a super vacation at this home! Cozy place and the small terrace were lovely and with beautiful views of the mountain and sea. There was a bit of loud music by the pool during the day which was a bit disturbing, but the beach is close and was lovely as a change. Ernesto is super sweet and helpful and picked us up and took us to and from the airport. In addition, he made recommendations for great experiences in Palermo city center - it's easy to get in there by bus from Mondello and we especially enjoyed it at night when the weather was “cool enough” to experience things; -) We were overall very satisfied! Highly recommended 🤗

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It’s the perfect getaway from the busy city life’s we lead. The villa is beautiful and there is the added bonus that Massimo (the owner) has a pizza restaurant in the town which we went to twice and were well looked after. Would certainly recommend staying

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, on every level with great views of the sea. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking is available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us, it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

Nuccia was a wonderful host. The house is near the airport and has amazing lemon trees in the garden. Highly recommend.

We were in the villa as a girls' group and immediately felt at home. We had a very nice time.

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Giulia's apartment is well equipped, perfectly located near the beach but in a quiet neighborhood. Giulia and Elena were very responsive and helpful when we had requests. We enjoyed our stay very much, grazie mille!

The host was very helpful. View was great from the apartment. We enjoyed bus trip from the apartment to central Palermo and beach.😊

Alessandra’s home is amazing. It’s located in a private and more upscale area of Mondello. The house is spacious and can easily accommodate 8 people. Alessandra was really nice as she accompanied all of our requests. She even provided a lot of amenities such as pastries, fruits, etc that you won’t find in a normal BnB. Overall, we loved her home and would recommend to anyone who wants to relax in Mondello

Perfect home, perfect location and perfect hosts. Deserves more than a five. The appartement is on the small side but the rooftop patio more than compensates for it. We had breakfast and dinner on the rooftop every day. The home is well decorated and has everything, and more, than you could ask for. Great parking spot right on the property. The location is the best; 5 min walk from the beach, in walking distance from bakery, grocery store and local restos. Fresh pasteries every day from the bakery down the road. Getting to Palermo is extremely easy; take bus 806 across the street, get off at Piazzo Crispi (takes 20 min) and then walk to the historic center (takes 10 minutes). Take the same bus back to Mondello. The hosts are extremely helpful, friendly and make you feel welcome from the get go. This is the place to stay when spending time in Mondello!

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

There were two of us 11 days in May/June 2025 in the Nido de Falco. It is a small, fine studio with a very nice terrace, in a picturesque setting on Monte Pellegrino and with great views of the Addaura Bay. From there we explored Palermo and enjoyed the sea. The accommodation is a wonderful resting place when you return from the hustle and bustle of the city and Mondello beach. You can get to everything by bus and on foot. Only shopping is a bit difficult. We rented a scooter for a few days and were more flexible. Angela and Santino are two very lovely people and extremely hospitable! They are very helpful and accessible at any time. They don't just rent an apartment, they "spoil" their guests - for example, with a culinary speciality to welcome them or by offering a typical Sicilian dinner (fantastic!). We highly recommend staying with Angela and Santino!

Great location, very close to the center of Palermo. The apartment is well equipped, very clean & as shown in the pictures. Massimo replied very quickly and gave good instructions 👍🏻 we would definitely recommend this airbnb and come back again 😊

We spend around a week at Giuseppe’s place and enjoyed our time a lot! (Friend group of 3 people, 30 years old). He has a lot of great recommendations and is a super friendly and outgoing person who goes above and beyond to help you have a good time! Don’t hesitate to ask 🙂the garden is very peaceful and cosy but be aware of the mosquitos 😄 there’s lots of restaurants, beautiful nature for hiking, bus stations, supermarket, a train station, beaches and a pharmacy in walking distance. Be aware that the kitchen has a separate entrance from the garden which might not be optimal during rainy seasons. Also the shower in the bathroom next to the kitchen gets warm when you turn on the cold side and cold if you turn on the warm side, but it works perfectly fine!

The stay was great, Giorgia is a fantastic host, always available and tries to solve any problem in the best way. Mrs. Cettina is lovely and the house is just as described. I highly recommend it!

My stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The host was very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. There are plenty of amenities nearby, and the beach is not far at all — a perfect location for a relaxing stay. Recommend !

great place walking distance to Sferracavallo, which offers nice restaurants and and great sea views. very clean and safe. recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Marilena and Francesco's and we recommend it without a second thought. They were very discreet while remaining available if we needed them and flexible on our check-in and check-out times. The apartment is very well equipped, you will find everything you need there. Walking distance to the beach in 10-15 min. We didn't know exactly where we were going, but we were very pleasantly surprised by Mondello which is close to Palermo and much quieter. Note that there are a few dogs in the area. Recommended!

This was by far one of my favorite places i have stayed! The home itself was so much better than the photos but even more was the unbelievable hospitality that we experienced from Maria Francesca and Gaetano. BRAVO to these hosts!! Even though we arrived late they met us and welcomed us in, explaining everything. They came to say goodbye also and were only message away for whatever need we had. If you are ever in Palermo this place is a MUST!! THANK YOU

One of the best Airbnb I have ever been , and definitely my favourite so far in Sicily! Daniela’ apartment has an impeccable taste in term of interior design, every angle of the place are warm and cozy. Beautiful terrace with view over blue colour of sea , was a pleasure for every morning breakfast. The location is perfect for best fish local restaurant in Palermo area. Beach and natural reserve is at walk distance. If you want to visit Palermo area, don’t miss his to book this place for your stay 5/5 stars
