Georgios home was amazing! it was steps away from street markets, music and the water! Such a great home and an even better location, tucked away from the noisy streets but close enough to everything you need. Georgio was great during check in and assisted me with my luggage and local recommendations. Definitely a great host!

From Alessandra and Jul's apartment, I was able to have a wonderful stay in the heart of Palermo. The apartment is perfectly functional, comfortable, well decorated and tidy. I received many recommendations from my hosts, who were also extremely friendly and kind before my arrival and throughout the stay. There were many addresses and recommendations in the Airbnb. Alessandra was very kind in giving me all the recommendations I needed, and allowing me to make the most of my stay in Palermo. Thank you for everything, I had a great time :)

The apartment is wonderful. You are very centrally located, but you still have a private outdoor space where you can sit very comfortably. Instructions to get to the apartment could not be better. Very nice arrival and the certainty that you can always contact your host with questions and will receive a quick answer. Highly recommended!

This is the perfect place from which to explore the wonderful historic centre of Palermo! The flat is gloriously restored - you feel like Sicilian nobility strolling through the beautiful rooms on cool tiled floors and out onto the balconies. We arrived late in the evening but this was not a problem, Anna and her father could not have been more accommodating. There is a vibrant and bustling market in the street outside (but this was no bother at all from the first floor).

Spacious apartment in an excellent location within walking distance of centro strorico and all the main attractions. Access to the apartment is easy with a convenient lift for those who travel with small children and pushchairs. Francesco is a great host, friendly, responsive and very communicative. Lots of local tips for eating out and places to visit around the city. Relatively easy on-street parking with free options also available. Overall a great stay and would come back again!

The first impression is that the apartment looks even better in person than in the photos. It is spacious, bright, and equipped with every little thing you might need for a short stay. It is located just a few hundred meters from numerous bus lines that go to the city center, the train station, or to Mondello. Fabio is also a very kind host. The only thing some people might see as a downside is that it is on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator; however, as a reward, you get a distant view of the sea. Personally, I would choose Fabio’s apartment again without hesitation if I were to return to Palermo.

Amazing place, exceeded expectations

Very pleasant vacation home with friendly host and wife. The house has beautiful views over the mountains, an outdoor terrace with lots of greenery, and is in a quiet area. Furthermore, everything is easily accessible and there are a lot of good restaurants within a short distance in Alcamo and surroundings. We had a lot of fun with three wild(?) cats that came to visit.

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, on every level with great views of the sea. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking is available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us, it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

We stayed one night at Fara's accommodation in order to be close to the airport for our morning return flight. The apartment is great; spacious and very clean, we slept well, the bedding was of good quality. We had the rental car to return to the airport, and thanks to Fara, we were able to do it the night before, she offers a shuttle service at a very affordable price, she picked us up and dropped us off at the airport the next morning. In the evening we were able to go eat on foot, right next door there is a large selection of restaurants. A good tip to remember!!!

We have very much enjoyed a week in Ute’s lovely house. Well equipped, very private and quiet, we felt at home instantly! Nice (vegetable) garden, beautiful views to mountains and from roof terrace also to sea. Pool is lovely. Like I said to Ute: a real paradise. We hope to return in future! Apartment in a very good location, 5 min walk to the train station. close to all the things to see on foot, restaurants and bars. for shopping, there is a Lidl 5 minutes away, otherwise convenience stores at the bottom of the building. The apartment is on the 1st floor and overlooks a very commercial and lively street. and finally Eleonora is very welcoming and accommodating in terms of arrival times (past 9.30 p.m. for me)

My stay at Maikol’s place was wonderful! The apartment is very cozy and spacious, and the bed is comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The location is ideal — close to the city center and the metro, perfect for those exploring on foot. There is a terrace. Check-in was easy, the instructions were clear, and the host was attentive and responsive. Everything matched the description and photos. Highly recommend!:)

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Rosario for our nice holiday stay at your vila as well as for the nice treats.

Great accommodation, great starting point to explore the city and quiet at night despite central location. The roof terrace is a great highlight.

The apartment has lots of character, with old fashioned furniture but in a good way. The small terrace is lovely with lots of plants surrounding you, a good place to have breakfast or read a book. Very comfortable bed and effective AC in the bedroom. Plenty of space. A great location in the old town with easy walking access to loads of good restaurants and bars, but also close to the more modern marina and its restaurants. It seems very secure with the lock system of the building generally. Lots of interesting books on Sicily spread around the place. Francesca was extremely helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in Palermo. The flat had everything we needed and was very clean. Angelo was a fantastic host, gave us so much advice on where to go in the city and was very attentive during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment as in the photos. Amazing artwork lovely kitchen and spectacular views from all rooms. Guido helped us by facilitating an early checkin which was great. Excellent response time every time we messaged. Bathrooms a bit dated but otherwise all food. Great few days in Palermo.

Very nice stay in this beautiful apartment with great views of Palermo! Luigi was very welcoming, even gave us a bottle of Prosseco to celebrate the new year. The location is ideal, close to the pedestrian street where many restaurants offer specialties and more! Thanks again!

The place is superbly located, in the heart of downtown Palermo, at one end of the Mercato del Capo. Walking distance to all the major attractions of the city. Massimiliano is a great host - super friendly, detail oriented, very helpful: he met us at the parking spot where we left our car (due to the street closing of the Mercato you cannot drive there and have to walk a couple of blocks to get to the place) and helped us with our luggage to his place. As we walked he told us about the city, and when we reached his place he walked us through a map with the major highlights of the city and his personal favorite restaurants and bars. His place is cozy, super clean and decorated very tastefully. It has all you need, but we did not cook at all since the area (and the city as a whole!) is beaming with places to have a cocktail, eat and snack. I would totally recommend the place, with the advice if you have some kind of disability that you have to climb three stories of steps to reach it

I think Massimiliano and his son Guiseppe were amazing hosts for my stay in Palermo, they were so helpful with check in, even gave us alcohol and food on arrival. He also stocked shampoo/shower gel and other useful things you may have forgotten. The space was exactly as described and a walking distance to everything! I could not have asked for a better host, I would recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Palermo! 5 Stars!🌟
