La Terrazza sul Golfo

L'alloggio di 90 mq, ha entrata indipendente su un'ampia terrazza panoramica sul golfo di Mondello e su Palermo e dista circa 600 mt dal mare. L'interno è composto da: soggiorno, camera matrimoniale, cameretta con due letti singoli , cucina abitabile, bagno con doccia, terrazzino interno e piccola lavanderia. Tutte le camere sono provviste di aria condizionata, finestre con zanzariere e wifi illimitato. Si arriva con una ripida salita ma sarete ricompensati dalla meravigliosa vista sul golfo.

Mondello Luxury Apartment

At just 50meters from Mondello beach!!! Luxury apartment with sea & village view. All the amenities for a perfect holiday near this sea of tropical colors! Many shops just nearby make things easy. Parking outside is free from October 1st to end of May after you have to pay on blu stripes from 08:00 to 20:00. In Some street without blue stripes you can park for free even between June and Sept. We do not have any private parking. Another option is a private garage just below our apartment.

The Giraffe on the Sea

This small apartment, on the third floor (NO LIFT), enjoys a breathtaking view over the whole Mondello gulf and Monte Pellegrino; the terrace will become your favorite place for dinners or aperitifs! Another strong point of this beautiful accommodation is its location, not far from restaurants, bars, mini-markets and above all from Mondello beach. The house is equipped with every appliance and all the comforts you will need. There is Wi-Fi in the apartment.

Deliziosa dependance in Villa a soli 5 minuti piedi dal mare(500metri). La camera ha un bagno al suo interno e una graziosissima finestra con affaccio sul giardino della villa. La camera gode di tutti i comfort, aria condizionata, armadio,cucina, piccolo frigorifero, tavolino, due sedie e tutto il necessario per far da se la colazione. A disposizione degli ospiti WiFi, giardino con il suo arredo compreso la piscina. Incluse lenzuola e asciugamani.

Sotto casa spiaggia attrezzata, farmacia, panificio, banche, bar, ristoranti, pizzerie. Fermate autobus e servizio taxi dietro casa, per raggiungere in 15 minuti Palermo. A piedi o con navetta gratuita, si raggiunge la piazza della borgata di Mondello.
