We had such a great stay at Paola's apartment. It's beautiful and in a great location in the old town. Everywhere is super walkable and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Paola was super responsive and really helpful. She allowed us to check in after midnight and also booked us a taxi for our early flight home! Would highly recommend 😍

ho trovato l 'alloggio di Elisa perfetto. è un piccolo gioiellino, arredato con eleganza e finezza.offre la colazione, con yogurt marmellata caffè thè e biscotti.molto gradita l'aria condizionata! ha anche un piccolo giardino da me poco sfruttato perché ho trascorso solo una notte, ma molto piacevole. parcheggio privato all'interno un optional meraviglioso, visto le strisce blu presenti nel quartiere. i rapporti e contatti precisi e rapidi. sono estremamente soddisfatta e consiglio a tutti l'appartamento di Elisa, non vicino al centro ma con la fermata dell'autobus praticamente davanti casa. se torno a Bologna,mi fermerò ancora qui!

Fantastisk vistelse !!! Vi var 3 personer som bodde här i 5 nätter. Ligger bara 30 min utanför Bologna uppe i bergen med en makalös utsikt. Vi fick varsitt sovrum som alla var svala trots värmen ute. Lyxigt med 2 badrum med både dusch och toa när man är flera. Finns allt man behöver och till och med en tvättmaskin om man är där länge och behöver tvätta. Varje morgon stod det nybakade godsaker utanför dörren till oss som herren som har huset hade ordnat. Otroligt lugnt och fridfullt och det ända man hör under hela dagen är de olika fåglarnas kvittrande. Hit åker vi gärna igen❤️

Very easy review to write. A wonderful home, in the perfect location next to Piazze Maggiore, and Fiorella was a great host, very responsive and we really appreciated the offer of booking a taxi for us when we left. We would certainly stay here again if we visit Bologna.

Highly recommend Bazzano and Franco’s house as home base for visiting Bologna, Modena and environs. Unique beautifully maintained historic home with lovely outdoor space. Comfortable bed and a/c was appreciated on warm June night.

Een fantastisch verblijf met adembenemende uitzichten welke nooit zullen vervelen. Vanaf deze locatie heb je de mogelijkheid om vele bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken (Bologna, Modena, proeverijen, hikes etc), om vervolgens weer echt ‘thuis’ te komen. Bedankt voor het delen van deze magische plek en de enorme gastvrijheid Paul en Ruth.

This was the most beautiful home I have ever stayed in. And Federica, the most wonderful gracious host. The house and its furnishings are magnificent. The amount of effort made by Federica to welcome and accommodate her guests was truly extraordinary. I only wish we had spent more time in Modena during. Our tour of Emilia Romagna. If we are ever in the area again we will surely try to stay at this home. Thank you Federica for making our stay a most memorable one!

Harika bir yerdi, iyi ki Marco'nun evinde kalmisiz:)) gece cok gec saatte giris yaptik ve bu hic sorun olmadi. ev cok temizdi ve esyalarin tasarimi guzeldi ve kullanisliydi. Sabah kus sesleriyle uyanmak bizi cok mutlu etti. evde kahvalti etmek icin bir suru sey sunulmustu ve biz bunu beklemiyorduk. her sey bu kadar guzel olunca, ev musaitse, kalisimizi bir gun daha uzatsak mi diye dusunduk ama ne yazik ki programimiz buna izin vermedi. buraya tekrar gelip daha uzun kalmak icin plan yapmaya basladik bile:))) Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ederim!

I had a lovely stay here. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The house has a warm, homey feel — I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and make sure I had everything I needed. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy and calm stay!

Absolutely adored staying here! Not only was it a perfect location for us to stumble home from Osteria Francescana , it was a wonderful place to relax and feel like you are at home while away on vacation. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Ho prenotato l'appartamento per alcuni parenti in visita e si sono trovati molto bene. La casa era ben fornita di quanto potesse servire e molto pulita. L'host è stato sempre disponibile e molto gentile!

Siamo stati ospiti presso L alloggio di Alessandro questo fine settimana in occasione di elrow Posizione ottima noi siamo riusciti a muoverci benissimo senza mezzi ma a piedi Vicinissimo al centro ai negozi e alla movida . Ambiente pulitissimo sicuramente ritorneremo in occasione di qualche prossimo evento

Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt in Matteos Unterkunft. Sie liegt in malerischer Umgebung, die sehr viel Ruhe und Entspannung bietet. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Details gestaltet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Insgesamt ist ein Aufenthalt bei Matteo äußerst empfehlenswert und auch wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Naprosto perfektní ubytování! Apartmán se nacházel v poklidné čtvrti, kde byli příjemní sousedé. Byt byl čistý, útulný (přesně jako na fotkách) a Gabriele byl super hostitel. Dal nám spoustu tipů a byl moc přívětivý. Byli jsme u něj týden a díky tomuto pobytu jsme si Modenu zamilovali a určitě se někdy vrátíme🩷. A velký plus byly přátelské a nádherné kočičky v okolí. 🤩

Paolo and Roberto greeted us in person when we arrived. They remained contactable throughout our stay. We experienced 2 issues and they were quick to assist. ALDI is nearby, which is a great supermart option. The main attractions are within 20min walk, which isn't a problem for us because it gives us a chance to see other things along the way. The house itself is also a great place to kick back. There's a full kitchen so while we didn't cook beyond boiling water and using the toaster, the option is there. There was also water, some snacks - a great start if you've just come in from a long trip. Toilet is great; towels and linen all there. A full working house really. And such pleasant hosts.

The most amazing Airbnb in Modena I enjoyed so much the apartment and the area. I will definitely will be coming back to Modena and to this amazing Airbnb

Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, sogar noch viel größer. Der Balkon ist toll, man hat eine super Aussicht! Die Innenstadt von Modena ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem top Unterkunft, wir empfehlen weiter!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was wonderful. In the center of everything and walkable to everywhere. There are dozens of stores and restaurants surrounding it and we felt part of the city. The balcony was a huge plus! We enjoyed sitting out there and taking in the sights and sounds of the street. Even during the hot summer, the balcony was cool and shaded later in the day, just in time for a glass of wine. The air conditioner cooled the apartment down well. Enrico was very quick to respond to us and answer our questions. He went out of his was to help us and we appreciated it!

Excellent location and responsive hosts. Lovely place. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Definitely recommend!
