Beautiful place, it's quiet

Valentina’s apartment is the ideal airbnb, someone’s well kept home that they share with guests. It’s spacious, nicely decorated, and well appointed. It suited two adults and one baby very well, with a crib & baby chair provided. Communication throughout was prompt and accurate. A friend of Valentina’s welcomed us to Modena, assisted with parking, provided instructions to the appliances and was available for any questions. Modena is lovely and very manageable on foot, and this is an excellent/central location to explore the entire city from. Highly recommend, we hope to return one day.

Lovely apartment, has cute little balcony off the sitting room overlooking trees. The flat was spotlessly clean, good facilities and huge comfortable beds. It is in a good location a few minutes walk from local supermarkets and coffee shops, about 15 mins to the city centre. It’s central location means that it is in a busy residential block, so there can be a bit of noise with traffic, early deposits to the bottle bank in the road and noise from immediate neighbours - ours were pretty noisy overnight at the weekend, with doors banging, chairs scraping and the door buzzer frequently going into the early hours. For guests with a car, it is also worth noting that the free parking is on busy adjacent roads and finding a space close by can be tricky at times. All that is beyond Josefina’s control of course, and she was great - very responsive and helpful.

We stayed in Villanova, Italy for 4 nights during the F1 Imola race, and it was an incredible experience. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by charming scenery—perfect for relaxing after the excitement of the track. Our host was exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, welcoming spot near Imola!

Short stay, one night for sports reasons. Everything was perfect, even though we only stayed a few hours. Apartment, comfortable and very clean.

The stay was amazing. When arriving we were greeted with a home baked cake which was great. The view from the house is like a dream, it is beautiful. The instructions were clear and the space was light, open and worked well. The bed could be turned so when you want to watch tv it’s easy to do so, but honestly, just watching to the view is enough. We could use the jacuzzi, and during the first nights there were no other guest so it felt like we had the mountain to ourselves. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond, had great recommendations for the area. Good to know that the location is really in the country side so it takes a bit to get anywhere but that was no problem because the place has the view it has. We felt really welcome and would stay again if we are ever in the area again. Thank you!

A superb base in the heart of Formigine. Spotlessly clean, spacious, high ceilings and tonnes of light. Incredibly convenient for exploring the area (easy walk to the station, you’re in the centre of Modena in under half an hour), and close to the shops and the centre of Formigine. Grateful for the cot for our little one and the washing machine. Balcony such a bonus, lovely spot for morning coffee. Such a gem- we will be back!

We stayed two nights to visit Bologna. The apartment is excellent for that matter because it is close to the city center and you can easily do everything by foot. We had a really lovely stay, the apartment was well-equipped and had everything you might need. Highlights of our trip were the recommendations by our host Caterina, she really made our day by giving very good tips on restaurants. From the beginning, she made us feel really welcome and is definitely among the best host we’ve ever had. We really had a great time there!

This was our first stop on a trip of 14 days and I think my family of four would all have voted to stay much longer. The place has an excellent design with 4 large bedrooms each with a bathroom. The views are amazing. To top it off Andrea was so responsive and kind. He really looked to take care of every need - even allowing us to mail a parcel there and return later to get it. My daughter has severe allergies to environmental toxins and she was absolutely fine in this air bnb. It is delightful and immaculate and I hope we get to stay again in the future. Thank you Andrea!

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony where you can enjoy a coffee in the sun in the morning.

A trip chosen almost as a game with my girlfriend Oriana, three days of wonderful emotions and sensations to take home. Assunta and Ivan, with their Matilde (a wonderful and extraordinarily sweet dog), transported us to a dream, from the warm welcome to the small touches. And if the details make the difference, and they do, there are many details here, from the cleanliness of the place, to the amazing breakfasts! Their B&B project is of extraordinary beauty. From the moment you enter, wonderful scents follow one another, from lavender to dry straw; the colors are earthy, natural, sincere, a bit like their smile. It was great chatting with them about anything. We recommend that you learn as much as possible about the place and its surroundings. There are wonderful stories in those valleys full of nature, and they are there within walking distance. This extraordinary place really deserves to be seen, but above all experienced. Highly recommended!

Roberta gave us an amazing introduction to Bologna, recommended some spots to eat and get drinks. She was very communicative and any problems were solved very fast. 10/10.

Nicola’s place was very central for visiting Bologna. We walked to the apartment from the train station and walked from there to the main attractions and San Luca. Lots of bars around close by but walk a bit further and some lovely restaurants. Flexible check in and Nicola met us on arrival and explained everything. Quite a big apartment and very secure.

We loved everything about our stay! The apartment was not only spotless but also super cool in style — such unique decor and a cozy vibe. The pool was a dream, especially on warm days. And the surroundings? Beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe it. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A truly unforgettable experience! We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

Delightful village, relaxed with pool and garden. A well-kept and tastefully renovated house, it offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spaces also suitable for children. Well-organized kitchen with everything you need, new bathroom. Very kind host welcomed us warmly and provided a lot of information about the surroundings.
