Fantastic stay!!! We were 3 people staying here for 5 nights. Located just 30 minutes outside Bologna up in the mountains with a stunning view. We each got a bedroom, all of which were cool despite the heat outside. Luxurious with 2 bathrooms with both shower and toilet when there are several people. There is everything you need and even a washing machine if you are there for a long time and need to do laundry. Every morning, there were freshly baked goodies outside the door for us, which the gentleman who owns the house had arranged. Incredibly quiet and peaceful and the only thing you hear throughout the day is the chirping of the different birds. We'd love to come back here❤️

The stay was wonderful. The house is clean and cozy. The house is located with a stunning view. Paolo, the owner, was very friendly. From the first moment he was always available for any question. And we received lots of recommendations for trips in the area. Highly recommend coming to this property.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Beautiful accommodation! We really liked how the interior and exterior are furnished. I particularly liked the garden. Many evocative corners to discover, with statues hidden in the greenery and small tables. Ideal location to spend a weekend in the countryside relaxing away from the city.

Aneta was a great host, very proactive, helpful and friendly. Apartment was very clean and well designed. Beautiful green surroundings and the natural linden tree smell all around the streets and the apartment was just so amazing. It was only a 20 min train ride to Bologna center and the apartment was right around the corner from train station which was very convenient. All in all it was a great stay. Thank you again Anita! We’ll be back for sure.

We absolutely loved the house and all of the features. We spent a lot of time outside in the little patio area and our kids played basketball in the driveway. The automated windows, skylights, and shutters were very nice. The AC worked very well and kept us cool during the middle of the day when it was hot outside. The location is less convenient if you don’t have a car but we were able to walk to town in 20 minutes. The area was quiet and beautiful which is what we wanted so we didn’t mind the inconvenience. Very lovely hosts who live on the property and provided lots of information and were very responsive.

Accommodation surrounded by nature, spacious...with everything you need for a vacation of a few days. Beautiful surroundings and great for a hike in the woods around you... narrow and steep access road but accessible by car... necessary to get around... immersed in a small, very quiet village... Crisitina and André are extremely kind. We asked for references to take a cooking class, visit a balsamic vinegar cellar and upon arrival, everything was already organized. It was more than I hoped for. For Hosts, it's a 12/10. You can't be disappointed with them! When you arrive, the landscape is breathtaking. For the house, it's a gem! It smells good, it's clean and we didn't want for anything. The accessories in the kitchen are quality, the bedrooms are large and comfortable, the bathrooms are beautiful and clean. We had wood for a fireplace in the dining room. It was great! There were 6 of us and we never felt cramped. Yes, yes, I recommend these hosts and their beautiful home!

Beautiful garden, with great facilities including a lovely and stunning views from the hills of Emilia Romagna. The kitchen is bright and we-equipped. The house generally is charming - welcoming and wonderfully decorated with lemon motifs everywhere. Miriam was welcoming and communicated in great time. And the cat is a sweetheart. Highly recommended to families and larger groups.

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. We regularly walked in the mornings, before it got too hot, to the village of Valestra. It is approx 4.5 miles round trip and a

Wonderful place in a beautiful location. Several well-kept and restored accommodations with passion and expertise, immersed in greenery overlooking the valleys between Romagna and Tuscany. Perfect whether you want to relax or walk through villages and woods. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Everything's perfect!

The apartment was exactly as seen in the photos, even much larger. The balcony is great, you have a great view! The city center of Modena is a few minutes' walk away. All in all, great accommodation, we recommend it!

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

It's a spacious and nice apartment. We were comfortable there. We recommend 100%100.

Chiara's home is the best place to stay in Modena. Everything was exactly as mentioned. Both she and her mom made sure that we would have no issues finding the place and would have no problems during the stay as well. They were extremely accommodating.
