If you're looking for seclusion and tranquility, you've come to the right place!The apartment (ground floor) for 2 people has a separate entrance. The sleeping-living area has a box-spring bed, wardrobe, armchair and a 55 inch TV. The modern bathroom is right next door. The dining area offers a kitchenette. A private parking space for you is right in front of the house on the premises. Storage for bikes is possible in the carport.

We are delighted to offer you a stay at our newly renovated flats in the historic Altstadt of Freiberg. The building combines original charm with updated amenities. The apartments are set back from the street for a quieter stay and include access to a shared garden. They are suitable for both individuals and groups of friends who want to stay in the same house. This flat (#7) includes two single-beds, a mini-fridge, workspace, sofa and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The fully furnished apartment with terrace is located on our three-sided courtyard. You have a self-contained apartment / 40 m². The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m and is very comfortable as a 3rd bed. Hiking in the vineyards of Seußlitz, relaxing in the Goltzscha natural pool in summer and using the Elbe cycle path just 400 m away make you want more. Parking spaces and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Your own bicycles are safe in our courtyard.

Vacation home in Mittelsaida

Cozy apartment on the quiet outskirts – ideal for families with children. The charming house from before 1900 offers historical flair, but is partly noisy. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, above which a tenant lives. I am available any time. Living with factory charm at the foot of the Chemnitz Kaßberg, a charming Wilhelminian-style neighborhood. You will stay in a cozy self-contained apartment (about 50 m²) under the roof. Space for up to four guests (two on the double bed in the bedroom, two on the 1.40 m sofa bed in the living room). Incl. Wi-Fi. Everything is furnished with a lot of love and a sense of detail - feel at home. Whether a short trip or a longer stay, the amenities are available.

The apartment is small but nicely furnished and is located on the Sonnenberg of Chemnitz. Nearby is a large shopping mall (SachsenAllee), as well as some shops. The main train station is about a 10-minute walk. A bus stop is about 2 minutes' walking distance. In front of the house is a small park with playground. Free parking, if available, is possible in front of the house. Small bars and pubs provide entertainment. Downtown is about 20 minutes' walk.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

In our 106 sqm duplex oasis of well-being, the four of you get a lot. In addition to two separate bedrooms, you have a lot of space in the open living area with sofa, dining area and fireplace. In the well-equipped large kitchen, where there are also two seats, you can cook extensively. The large bathroom has a floor-level shower and a bathtub. The whole is rounded off with a nice quiet garden area with terrace and barbecue.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.
