We really enjoyed are time at the beach house. It was a great location and very close to every where we wanted to go. It is absolutely a beautiful place to stay with family.

The only thing better than the location was the overall experience with the host! Our car battery died as we were leaving and Erin was quick to give us a jump start. Lifesaver! This place is definitely on our list to come back to!

Chad & Austin’s place was perfect. We saw Austin at check in & throughout as he was assisting other rentals. Great location, very friendly and home was perfect! We enjoyed our stay & would stay again!

Everything matched the description. I will definitely revisit again when I’m back. The best part I slept like a baby, best sleep I ever had in years, listening to the ocean waves at night if you have the window open.

We loved that Glen met us at the door and gave us a tour. He is right there and can help in anything you need! Lots of amenities and a great kitchen area. Easy to cook, can door dash groceries easily, walkable places. Super close to the beach on both sides. Every bedroom has a bathroom. Can’t beat that rooftop!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Obviously, we stayed here for the ocean view and roof top terrace which did not disappoint. It is within walking distance to fun activities and places to eat. It is also close enough to some great restaurants within 2-3 miles (we used Lyft which averaged about $6-10 each way). The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was ample space for 3 adults and a teenager. There were plenty of things to do with a nice mix of peace (from the absolutely wonderful roof top terrace) and entertainment (groups on the boardwalk, Belmont Park, SeaWorld, and the Zoo). Any questions we had, Erin or Christina were quick to respond. We had an issue with hooking up the AC unit due to a piece missing that was apparently being cleaned. Within 1 hour Erin arrived with a new piece and hooked it right up for us. Amazing service! If we found ourselves in SD again, we'd definitely stay here and recommend for others!

Beautiful area. The beach supplies were really helpful since we flew in to San Diego and couldn't bring our own.

This was just what we needed for our stay! Easy walk to the bay, and to surrounding restaurants. Quinn gave very clear instructions on where everything was.

All we have to say is that we are definitely coming back to this Airbnb! Such a wonderful place and atmosphere and close to the beach plus we got to ride bikes!!! Loved staying here! Perfect location, right next to the beach and places to eat. The Funky Lemon right next door has great coffee, food, and pastries. We took the bikes out to ride on the ocean front walk and grab breakfast. The provided parking was perfect since parking in the area is limited! Plenty of towels and toiletries. Patty is a great host and her place is awesome!

This place was an absolute gem. Waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to walk everywhere made our stay so relaxing. It's the kind of spot where the beach feels like your backyard and adventure is always just around the corner. Falling asleep to the ocean breeze was pure magic. All in all, a fantastic escape — we’d recommend it in a heartbeat.

Loved staying here a second time! Make sure you drop people off/unload in front of the unit to avoid making others wait to park and don’t get a giant car - the garages are a tight fit like everywhere else in mission beach.

We loved the Surf and Sand Bungalow! It was perfect for our needs with a sofa and kitchenette. Great location near Windansea Beach and within walking distance to Birdrock.

We had a spectacular stay with Lacy as our host. There was an issue with the shower head that she was able to replace within a day. Very communicative, check in was easy, and the place was beautiful! It was perfect for our family of five, with ample room and rooms along with a lot of kid accessible dishware and a pack and play for our young one to sleep in. On top of that, having the laundry was extremely helpful and easily accessible, along with a lot of fun sand toys they could play with at the beach. Our experience was extremely positive and we will definitely be booking again next time we're in the area.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. This was our second stay at this apartment, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. We love being so close to the beach and within easy walking distance of Ocean Beach. For week-long visits, having a well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook a few meals at home. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and having access to a washer and dryer is a huge plus. We will stay here again on our next trip to San Diego.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's property in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was an absolute delight! Whether we were in the mood for a quick coffee fix or a nice dinner, there were plenty of options right at our doorstep.

This place was perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the pull out couch and was quiet comfortable. The condo is in such a great area minutes away from the beach a short drive to sea world and the zoo. It was so convenient with a toddler. Ashwini was a great host, communication was great! We definitely will be back !

Beautiful spot on the 6th floor of basically the only tallish building around. The views were incredible and the location was great. Nice quiet area, right on the ocean, and the sunsets were insane. Nice and clean.

We had an amazing stay at Nicklas’s place in San Diego! The condo is beautifully renovated and right on the waterfront—waking up to those ocean views was such a treat. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay super comfortable and convenient. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel like a true home away from home. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time staying at this place. William was responsive and we never had any issues. Our suv was a bit too large for the parking space but there were options close by. We could walk to everything we needed and would highly recommend this location and would book again for our next trip to mission beach.
