It's all about the location! Walk right out to the beach and boardwalk. Spend your days on the beach and walk to everything--Mission Bay, bars, restaurants, Crystal Pier, Belmont Park, etc. Leave your car at home because finding street parking can be difficult. Our second-floor studio is perfect for one person or a couple. Unplug for a few days or a week. Enjoy the unobstructed ocean view and beautiful sunsets. Our apartment has a separate kitchen and bathroom and rustic wood paneling.

Everyone loves to stay here. Heart of Mission Beach steps to the ocean and bay. Private upstairs end unit with lg clear covered patio for year round use. Patio offers Gas grill, dining & Seating for 6. Queen bed in bedroom with full bath 2 separate queen size sleeper sofas in LR that sleep 2 each. There are not seven beds Complete kit. gas stove, microwave, full size frig completely stocked with dishes, blender, coffee maker etc. Sat to Sat only in June July and August

Newly remodeled! Home away from home

We are located in South Mission Beach on Ensenada Ct a couple blocks South of Belmont Park. Bob and I live upstairs and offer a small 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment (approximately 500 sq. feet each) on the ground floor to vacationers. Please note that the 2nd room is a very small with twin bunkbed suitable for children or small adults. We enjoy having guests from all over the world come to visit and love watching everyone enjoy South Mission Beach as much as we do.

1 Bedroom, 1 block to the bay, 6 blocks to the waves, walking distance to local restaurants, bars, and shopping. Rental has everything you need to pack light (beach towels, beach chairs, full kitchen, professionally cleaned rental, etc.) I am an Airbnb Superhost that has hosted over 300+ vacations, I have a 5 star rating, and have never cancelled a booking. This is a must see! Please note that parking is NOT available, but there is free street parking.

We have a window AC in living/dining area and fan in the bedroom. There is no assigned parking.
