Vacation rentals with beach access in Mission Bay

Anna was a phenomenal host for my short stay in San Diego. She was very responsive and kind! Her home was nice and quaint with all the items of everything you may have at home (iron, kitchenware, toiletries etc.) I would definitely stay again when I come back to visit San Diego!

We absolutely loved our stay at Danial’s place in Mission Beach! The location was perfect. We walked everywhere or used our wheels. It had everything we needed and the bottle of wine left for my stay was icing on the cake. Thank you so much for being so accommodating with check-in and checkout ! We will definitely be back !

It was a wonderful stay! Exactly as described with all amenities! We utilized the bikes a lot to get around the beaches! It was lovely and I will certainly remember the spot if we’re in the area again and recommend to friends! Thank you again Rex!!!

This place was an absolute gem. Waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to walk everywhere made our stay so relaxing. It's the kind of spot where the beach feels like your backyard and adventure is always just around the corner. Falling asleep to the ocean breeze was pure magic. All in all, a fantastic escape — we’d recommend it in a heartbeat.

Loved staying here a second time! Make sure you drop people off/unload in front of the unit to avoid making others wait to park and don’t get a giant car - the garages are a tight fit like everywhere else in mission beach.

Amazing place to stay with the family. Great beaches nearby. Tanya is an excellent host who goes above and beyond for her guests. She bought a mobile crib for our infant for our 3 day trip so he could sleep well, very few hosts would do that. Would absolutely recommend to stay at her place.

If you’re looking for the perfectly located beach style home for an affordable price, this is it! The home is perfectly located within walking distance of everything OB has to offer. From the dog beach to all the local eats we were able to walk everywhere we went. The convenience of having a garage to park in and not having to deal with parking was also a very nice accommodation as well. It was the perfect home for my family’s stay in OB. We will be back!

We had a fantastic week in La Jolla! John’s place was charming, spotless, and perfect for our family. The home was well-stocked with thoughtful amenities—including beach gear—and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location is unbeatable: a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood within a few minutes walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, coffee shops, and more. John was a friendly and responsive host who made everything easy from start to finish. Honestly could not have asked for a better host. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing, convenient stay in La Jolla. We’d love to come back!

This Airbnb has everything that you could possibly need and while it is a studio, it's actually roomy. There's a large, very comfortable king-size bed, but it doesn't feel like it takes up a lot of space. The couch is a pull-out bed as well, and it’s long enough to for somebody that's 5'6” or smaller to be able to sleep on it. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including ice cube trays and a light underneath the microwave. So, it feels homey. There's a bar that has five chairs facing the strandway where you can see the glimpses of the ocean. There are plenty of plugs for gadgets. There's a closet that has all kinds of linens. Anything you could possibly need from extra blankets to extra pillows, extra towels. In the kids' room, there are bunk beds that are large enough for an adult to sleep on the bottom (5’6” or shorter). The bathroom is has nice lighting and a window that opens up the street. The patio outside has plenty of space for two to three people to sit.

We loved the place and the owners. They definitely go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable! 100% would stay here again

We had an amazing week at Susie’s place! The apartment was perfect for my husband and I. Everything was clean and as described. The bed was comfy and we loved the kitchen and outdoor deck. The location was great - we were able to walk everywhere in PB and uber to places easily. We loved exploring the local coffee shops and walking up to the beach for sunset. We had a great week in San Diego and the apartment made it perfect.

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. We had an awesome time here! We loved the location right by the beach as well as being within walking distance from lots of activities, shopping and restaurants in Ocean Beach. We also loved being just a short car ride away from downtown San Diego. Everything was as advertised in the listing and we had no complaints or issues.
