Rental has everything you need to pack light (beach towels, beach chairs, full kitchen, professionally cleaned rental, etc.) I am an Airbnb Superhost that has hosted over 300+ vacations, I have a 5 star rating, and have never cancelled a booking. This is a must see! Please note that parking is NOT available, but there is free street parking.

What a darling space! If you’re lucky, you’ll see the peaches and lemons ripen on her trees. The en suite was perfect for one -only challenge being the bed if you’re tall (I’m 172cm). The neighborhood is super walkable, lots to do and access by the available bus routes. 10/10 recommend for a solo traveler!

My stay at jills place was one of my best experiences with Airbnb. she was extremely helpful and responsive and the energy of the house was peaceful, calm and refreshing. jill has taken great pains and care to make sure that all possible facilities are there to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend jills place.

My friend and I stayed at this cute one bedroom one bath home for a couple of nights. We checked in pretty late (around 2 AM) after a delayed flight but the place was very easy to access via clear instructions, even in the dark. We rented a car for our trip—and while we could not park on premises, we were able to find street parking around the block, if not next to the Airbnb at times. While our trip to San Diego wasn’t very sunny, the Airbnb is armed with AC, just in case. I crashed on the sofa bed while my friend took the bed. Both were comfy and clean. This Airbnb is in a location that makes easy travel to anywhere in San Diego. Most places were less than a 20 minute drive away.

Rhoda was very responsive and made our stay so enjoyable! Her space was comfortable and had everything you needed. Being in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood was a plus since we took our pup and he gets startled from loud noises. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to SD. Mission bay park was 5 min drive!

Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They provided snacks and drinks in our room and supplied everything we might need for a relaxing day at the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. The location in a quiet neighborhood just off the main drag was a welcome respite from the busy beach area. Everything was very walkable- the beach, the bay, shops, and restaurants. We highly recommend!
