Vacation rentals with beach access in San Diego County

Spotless and very comfortable place that looks exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable beds and linens and we loved hanging out on the back patio enjoying the cool evenings. The Keurig was a plus. We walked to the ocean a couple of times but to go swimming at the main beach we opted to drive. We loved Aja's place and can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay! Dave and Sharon are wonderful hosts who helped us with lots of tips. Communication was very quick and easy. We can recommend the apartment and would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved, and would recommend Matthew's vacation rental. We have stayed in Oceanside several times for a quick get away and this lovely location is by far our favorite. We hope we will be able to return in the near future. A parking spot is right in front of the property, Matthew's check in and out instructions are clear and easy to follow, the location cannot be beat, with the ocean and private beach just steps away. The interior has everything you could possibly need, it was clean and well stocked. I personally appreciated the binoculars and decaf coffee. It was wonderful to sit outdoors and watch dolphins, seabirds, surfers, dogs happy to be on the beach, and relax to the sound of the waves. There are many great restaurants nearby, and plenty of activities and places to visit in and around town. The best part was the feeling of being in our own little private sanctuary. Thank you to Matthew for being a fantastic host!

We had a lovely stay at Rob’s. The location is impossible to beat with amazing restaurants, bars and coffee shops all in walking distance. The space is small as it is a studio but it was perfect for a long weekend with myself and my husband. Communication was extremely fast and everything was smooth as can be with our hosts!

Location, location, location. This unit is very conveniently located within walking distance of everything the Village of La Jolla has to offer, from the coves and the park to the walking trails along the bluff and all the cafes, shops, eateries and bars along the way. Well appointed space, clean and comfortable; I made use of the beach towels and sunscreen provided which was appreciated. Host was responsive which is always a plus.

Molly is very friendly and responsive. Her place was just as clean as shown in the pictures, in a great location, and easy to park at. She also provides a guidebook that is clear and helpful, we tried some of the recommended restaurants, and the check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow.

The location is unbeatable!! Neighbors were friendly and we felt so safe! We loved the upstairs perch and the common area that was outside!

Great stay, felt very safe and at home. So much to do at a walkable distance, very close to the beach, 10/10 would definitely stay again. Albert was awesome, proactive at check-in, and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Lovely cottage, comfortable and clean. The location is walkable to restaurants and the beach. The private parking was a bonus. Great place to stay!

We had an amazing week at Susie’s place! The apartment was perfect for my husband and I. Everything was clean and as described. The bed was comfy and we loved the kitchen and outdoor deck. The location was great - we were able to walk everywhere in PB and uber to places easily. We loved exploring the local coffee shops and walking up to the beach for sunset. We had a great week in San Diego and the apartment made it perfect.

This beautiful guest home in historic Marston Hills is perfect for a San Diego getaway! It was pristine, well-maintained, and so comfortable. We were able to walk to Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo, as well as nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The pool was also a lovely amenity, and the surrounding canyon was a gorgeous backdrop. Jing is an amazing host. She truly goes the extra mile to take care of her guests. The home is stocked with amenities - kitchenware for cooking, toiletries and extra towels, even pool or beach supplies! We loved our stay in Jing’s guest home, and are so grateful for the hospitality. An amazing location and our incredible host made our stay so memorable and enjoyable. Thank you, Jing, for your hospitality. We hope to stay here again, soon!

Excellent location for walking to town and access across tracks to beach. Enjoyed walking along wildflower bordered paths with view of the Pacific. Great views from deck and living room.

Great stay. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean with everything you could need. We spend a lot of time enjoying the roof top view. Loved the convenience of the beach toys locker. Enjoyed walks to Harbor Village for fish and chips and breakfast at the Stratford. Sea lions were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay again. Top notch hosts!

"Just Beachy" is a fantastic, absolutely clean accommodation with an exceptional location right on the beach. Everything you need is there...and more. Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

Great location. Walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. They had a wagon which was clutch to help transport beach necessities to and from without issue. Loved the rooftop space to hang out and unwind. Train wasn’t an issue, barely heard it when we were inside. Area was great for a quick getaway. Super responsive and got any issues taken care of right away. Everyone had tons of relaxing fun in the sun.

Fransico was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay. The location was perfect and central to so many things. Would recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Nicklas’s place in San Diego! The condo is beautifully renovated and right on the waterfront—waking up to those ocean views was such a treat. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay super comfortable and convenient. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel like a true home away from home. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

This is our second year staying at Susan’s condo and it’s so great for a small family. Amazing location, all amenities needed, simple check in and check out. We love it here.
