Our cozy Beach House is 65 steps from the ocean and 1 block from the bay. We are on the ocean side by the famous boardwalk. You can choose to relax on the beach, stroll along the 3.5 mile scenic boardwalk lined with restaurants and shops, or bike for miles along the ocean or bay. We provide complimentary beach towels, chairs, shade, boogie boards, wagon and sand toys. There is a fully stocked kitchen and large patio to come home to and unwind with your family and friends. 2 car GARAGE and A/C!

Completely renovated in Jan'23 & located in a very quiet area of Pacific Beach. Partying or being loud is not tolerated. One bedroom cottage w/ its own private outdoor space & yard, roof top deck, A/C & gated parking. Gated private entrance, easy self check-in & 4 blocks to the beach. Enjoy the 2 bikes, beach chairs & boogie boards. Neighbors have been doing construction for over a year on their home so there is still some noise on occasion, but they don't seem to work many days of the week.
