Easily sleep 6-8 people while enjoying modern comforts including quartz countertops, new stainless appliances, refinished hardwood floors and a beautiful deck. The farmhouse table is the perfect place to gather while the living room doubles as a 4th bedroom with TV and comfy pullout couch. You will be staying in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, but still very close to downtown (~2 miles). Can sleep up to 8!

Private, spacious, well-lit basement in Phillips/near Seward. Enjoy the city from a central location! Laidback & cannabis friendly - ask us for recommendations! Ample free street parking. Stairs required; staircases not ideal for folks with mobility issues and are not handicap accessible. Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, basic cookware, microwave, toaster, Kuerig, & hot plate (no oven). Only shared space is the fenced yard with fire pit! Pets welcome; $30 pet fee and dogs must be under 50 lbs.
