+ First floor spacious two-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Uptown Minneapolis. We are a 5–10-minute walk from Lake Bde Maka Ska (formerly Lake Calhoun). You will have entire apartment to yourself. This quaint duplex was built in 1900. This charming property was purchased in November of 2020 and is slowly being restored and updated. We provide: powerful Wi-Fi / induction cooktop / personal heat and AC / hot water / Samsung TV. You'll also love the comfortable and homey furnishings.
