We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of toiletries and fresh towels. A few small things to note: we spotted some ants near the TV and noticed a blue car parked on the property occasionally—probably someone caring for the chickens. It might be helpful to mention that in the listing. On our last night, we saw an unfamiliar car nearby that quickly left when it noticed us, which felt a little unusual but nothing came out of it. When we arrived, the pool vacuum was still in the water. The host kindly let us know we could unplug it ourselves as it was forgotten, but since we didn’t get to it that night, she came by the next morning to take care of it, which we really appreciated. A quick heads-up beforehand would have been even better. Overall, the home was comfortable, and the host was responsive and thoughtful. We’d happily recommend it!

Beautiful and character-filled, yet modern home! Super comfy beds and nice well heated pool. Missing a few of the basic kitchen items such as a toaster, measuring spoons, pizza cutter, any kind of baking sheets, etc. but otherwise amazing!

My wife and I loved staying at this beautiful house!! The house was extremely nice, the pool was incredible, and patio was very relaxing. The house was also perfectly clean and had a great ambience and decor. We thought the hosts were great and they did an amazing job making sure we enjoyed every aspect of our trip. We would highly recommend staying there!!

Our family of four had a great 4 night stay (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 pre-teen). The house was clean and well cared for and had great natural light, even in the basement. The beds were very comfortable and with 5 rooms to choose from- all with their own tvs, everyone had what they needed. There were several common areas for us to spend time together and not feel cramped. We did eat out most days, but the kitchen was well stocked and met our needs. The provided tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags and plenty of towels were appreciated. The neighborhood was very quiet so we were able to rest when we spent time at the house in the mornings and evenings. The location was perfect for what we planned (ValleyFair- 20 minute drive; Sustainable Safari- 5 min; Mall of America- 15 min). We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Bonnie and Joe were very responsive to questions I asked before and during our stay. We would stay here again!

The pool was a huge hit for us! Stayed by the water for three days, nice deck area that had a covered seating area. The backyard felt very private, hardly saw or heard any neighbors. Very spacious in the house, large rooms and bathrooms. Would defiantly stay again!!

The home was perfect for our group. It’s in a convenient location. The driveway was big enough to fit the 5 pickup trucks we had. It was nicely decorated and clean. The games, pool, and park nearby kept us busy. Everything was labeled and organized in the kitchen. There was a first aid kit which came in handy for a bandaid when a kiddo got an owie. The deck is super spacious for a large group. Jared & Amy were great to work with. One of the kids forgot a doll and they offered to ship it to us. That was very kind of them and very much appreciated. We would stay here again.

I chose this place because it hosts a large gathering very well. There are lots of beds and bathrooms, table, and fridge space. There were so many great spaces for a large group to sit together, eat together, and hang out. The heated pool was perfect for a 73 degree mid-June afternoon. The backyard is very private, and the pictures don't show it but it has string lighting to make the evening look magical. The place is very classy and the pictures on the listing don't really do it justice. Jeffrey was very responsive and welcoming. We wished we had booked an extra night, and didn't want to leave!

Kofi's place was a great base for our family trip, with plenty of space for 8 adults and 2 kids. We loved the well stocked kitchen and gas grill, which let us cook most of our meals in the house with ease. The house was just as pictured, with plenty of space for the adults to hang out (especially the awesome, private patio!) and for the kids to run around in the yard. We also loved the mini-split ACs, allowing each person to set their own comfortable temperature in their bedroom. The neighborhood was great too, with coffee shops, a brewery, the light rail train, and Minnehaha Park all within walking distance. Kofi was easy to communicate with, and even arranged an early check in for my sister when her flight arrived early in the morning on the first day of your trip. We would definitely recommend this place for a family get-together!

Perfect for our group in every way! The rooftop deck gave us a birds-eye view of all the activity on Stillwater’s Main Street. The location, cleanliness, and amenities exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this location.

Had a wonderful stay it was perfect for our girls weekend and the mini fridge was such a nice touch! I also enjoyed the easy checkout truly made us feel like we could enjoy ourselves this weekend!

We stayed for over 6 weeks while house hunting and this place met our needs. Highlights - fenced in yard with a small grassy area for our dogs to enjoy, driveway and garage for keeping our car safe/out of elements, lots of space, modern kitchen and amazing master shower, and the area had a park right around the corner we loved walking to every day. For how long our stay was the kitchen is not super well stocked for cooking, limited drinking ware etc. and the furniture and lighting options are sparse - no table lamps in bedrooms or many seating options for how big the living room is. For my fellow light sleepers - there is a train that goes by all day long into the night/early morning and the blinds let a lot of light in. There are no curtains. The hosts were great at communicating which is always appreciated. All in all this is a really great home especially for larger crowds looking to enjoy the Twin Cities - northeast MPLS is a great middle spot to get to both easily.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property on the river! It was perfect for our group and had everything we needed and more. Great location and so many fun activities to do!

What a wonderful Christmas stay with family! On top of being a beautiful home in a wonderful part of Minneapolis, Martha was a true joy to work alongside. Knowing we would be there for the holiday, along with our young granddaughter, Martha had a beautiful tree all lit up, waiting for us to decorate. At times, since Martha was in her part of the house, we heard her four-legged family member, but that never lasted for long. From the house's beauty, to location and assistance, this is definitely a place we would love to return to!

Great place for traveling with kids and visiting the Minneapolis area. Particularly convenient to neighboring lakes and parks. Very well-stocked / lived-in feel. Hosts are very helpful. Had a great time!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Stacy’s place for Memorial Day Weekend. It’s tucked away in a private and quiet residential area, and the house is huge. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio under the sun umbrella and having s’mores over the bonfire at night. You’re also just a short drive to some of the best spots on Lake Minnetonka, and the driveway can accommodate multiple cars. The house is also well stocked with cooking supplies and spices, and there’s an outdoor grill! Stacy is incredibly responsive and sweet. We will definitely book again if we’re in the area.

This home was perfect, we visited Saint Paul for my son’s wedding. this house was very close to the venue and could accommodate up to nine people. Because of the design and the bedrooms, we were able to allow the groomsmen to dress at the house and have enough room to visit with them. Our host were very helpful with instructions how to get into the house. I will absolutely be rebooking this house in the future.. I did have one issue with the code to the bedroom lock door when I asked for assistance. I was help within five minutes thank you so much.

A beautiful and well kept home very quiet neighborhood, pet friendly we love the fact that the master bedroom was on a separate wing. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and plenty of bathrooms.

Our stay was perfect! We were in town for my daughter's graduation and Marcel's home accommodate our whole family. We were all together and could enjoy celebrating her big day....The weather was not the best, so Marcel's home was perfect size that we did not feel crowded.

Comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms, provided what we needed.

The house was what we needed, with good space for our extended family along with gokd out door space.

We had everything we needed. Plenty of space for the 3 adults and 1 child in our group. It ended up working great to have the bedrooms split (2 up and 2 down) so my daughter wasn’t bothered by us staying up later. Plenty of towels and everything was clean. One single bed was squeaky and the other was more of a cot without support for the mattress but it was probably only meant for kids. I only slept there to appease my daughter’s suggestion of a sleepover:). Nothing fancy, but nice place for the money!
