Our beautiful newly renovated home built in 1900 offers an upstairs apartment that is a part of the beautiful, fun, & exciting area of NE Minneapolis. The NE Arts District is home to large artist studio buildings, the historic Stone Arch Bridge, as well as parks and trails along the Mississippi River. The home is walking distance to James Beard Award Winning restaurants, breweries, coffeeshops, and is a short Uber or drive to all of the Minneapolis sports and entertainment venues and the UofM.
