Family-friendly vacation rentals in Minato City

We had a wonderful stay at Kei’s place. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfectly located just a short, easy walk to multiple train stations, which made getting around incredibly convenient for our family. What truly stood out, though, was Kei’s kindness and understanding. One of our children became sick during our stay, and despite our efforts, we later realized we had missed part of the clean-up. Kei handled the situation with grace and compassion, for which we are deeply grateful. This is not only a great place to stay because of its cleanliness and location, but because you’ll be hosted by someone who truly cares. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This place was great! The host was nice although I never got to meet her in person. This is my first trip to Japan and this place was perfect! the Nishi-Megome station was nearby, although walking there with luggage would be a bit rough, but it is only 15 minutes. it also makes it easy to get anywhere from there. Loved it! Would definitely come back if it was available!

The stay at Decoboco was fantastic! The house is very large and clean and has everything you could need. The area is very quiet and you sleep pleasantly. I loved the attention to detail and the comfort. The host is always proactive and ready for any eventuality! We will definitely be back.

Great stay! The apartment is spacious, clean and with all the necessary even if you would like to work. Excellent wifi. The area is so nice with lots of options for lunch or dinner.

Overall, we had a great stay. The location showed up funky for taxi drivers, so we would use the restaurant address across the street as our waypoint. The space was large enough to fit our group of 5 comfortably, although I will say the pillows were quite firm for us. I would definitely recommend this place for others who want easy access to Akihabara.

The stay was very comfortable and exactly as described. The apartment is located just a few steps away from Shibuya, yet nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood — the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. It had all the necessary amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Tokyo!

Enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. Very easy to access, very convenient (proximity to the train to go to the airport, konbini), very authentic :-). Communication with the owner was seamless and enjoyable. Be careful if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs, the train tracks are rather close.

Die Wohnung ist super zentral: nur einen Katzensprung zu Shibuya scramble/crossing und Shibuya Sky. Dabei gleichwohl sehr ruhig, so dass man nie das Gefühl der Hektik oder Enge hat: eine richtige Oase. Kim is the kindest person you can imagine and does everything to make your stay unforgettable. I booked the flat twice because I was so convinced from the first time - and whenever I will get back to Japan my first look will be for this apartment!

Fantastic hosts that reach out before your stay and during your stay to check if there’s anything they can help you with. In such a quiet area it’s absolutely refreshing. We loved our week there, it just went by too quickly.

Place was better than advertised. Very clean, well organized, large and spacious. The host Eric is responsive with providing directions and other periodic messaging regarding checkin and checkout procedures. That and reached out to us to ensure we had everything we needed prior to arriving. Absolutely zero issues while staying there. Local rail station very close and convenient when wanting to venture outside the Shinjuku area. Thank you Eric for hosting us and if my wife and I venture to Japan again next year. Sincerely hope that your place is available as I’d definitely stay there again.

Convenient accommodation not too far to walk. Friendly host. Many convenient store surrounded. Call taxi easy from both side of the street.

Perfect and unique place in a quiet neighbourhood! Very cozy, good hideaway from the buzzing streets of tokyo. Easy excess to train and subway stations.

Fast and responsive owners. Place was clean and check in was relatively simple. Walking distance to the train stations which was really convenient. Would choose this accommodation again if ever visiting Tokyo again.

Mitsuko was friendly and easily contactable. She allowed us to check in earlier and leave our luggage there. Location was quiet too as it was away from Shinjuku but not too far from it. Hatagaya station was just a 7 mins walk with many convenience store along the way. Shinjuku was only 2 stops away. If you’re planning to visit Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku, this is the place to stay. Size is just nice for 2 people. We were able to open both our luggage.

This is a well located Airbnb, connected to public transport, quiet and good restaurants nearby. it had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks

The room was spacious, and the interior decor was fantastic. Although it’s a bit of a walk to the subway station to get to places like Ikebukuro or Shinjuku, the nearby Kagurazaka area has plenty of great dining options. The 12am luggage storage was a huge help for us—such a great experience overall!

Easy to access, well located to move around in the city. Prompt answers from the host. Bathroom a little bit too narrow.
